    Acting as a Doula for a mom 7 m dilated, fifth baby in a hospital where baby was transverse, staff were saying she needed to go to OR to try to turn the baby and potentially have a C-section. God led me directly to your video first thing and we tried the elevated hip raises and the flashlight at the same time we were praying and telling baby to come to the light. It was on January 5, John 1:5 days :the light shone in the darkness…”Baby was head down in five minutes and born 45 minutes later! I’m so thankful for this video and mom and baby did splendidly! Thank you again and again

    I came across this video on Tuesday when i was told my baby is in breech position at 34 weeks 4days, i was sad but after doing this for just 2days,getting to hospital today everything is perfectly fine, I'm so happy, thanks alot ❤️ from Nigeria 🇳🇬

    I'm from India in Tamil nadu. I tried these excerises when I was 35 week pregnant and it was transverse position. It is really working my baby head was down... 3 weeks I did the excries.. 38 week my baby boy was born natural birth.( 24.5.2021) Thank you for this video... God bless you.. Sister.

      @@hebshiba14 it is safe but don't do it on a chair. Instead, do this on a low sofa. Make sure the furniture isn't moving.

    Just want to tell you THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I'm 33 weeks and my baby ( she is my first ) was breeched. After doing these exercices, she is now head down ( we saw it at the ultrasound scan), a week later. I'm 100% sure it was caused by the exercices because in my family (mother & sister), babies usually turn at 37-38 weeks. God bless you, amazing work^^

    I was 37 weeks and he still had not turned head down. Then I came across this video, did the exercises for a couple days and today at my obgyn appointment I found out it worked!!! My baby is now head down!! Thank you so much for this video!

    I’m now on 38 weeks and 3 days still my baby is on breech position. My OB wants scheduled me for CS but i’m still hoping and praying that this exercise will help my baby to flip in cephalic presentation. I know its impossible but I believe in the power of the name of Jesus Christ and i know that watching this video and reading the positive comments is one of God’s way 😇🥰praying for the best result . 🙏🙏🙏

    Just want to share that on Saturday, 11/28 I was told my baby was still breech confirming an 11/25 u/s. Today, a few hours before my appointment, my doctors office called me to confirm my 12/5 csection. Now at the doctors office, they confirmed my baby boy turned head down!! I’m 38wks 2 days and I did the exercises in this video yesterday. I was planning on doing it today after the appointment and did the ball hip rotations while I worked this morning. Just sharing my experience. I’m so happy!

    My second baby stayed head up for a worryingly long time (not till the very end, but long enough that I was getting nervous), and I did spend some time doing a few of these exercises and adjusting my position to help the baby get his best chance of moving into the right position. Thankfully, he did move!!

    I agree with these exercises. Here in the Philippines, these are the advises you will be getting from midwives to get your baby in the best position for delivery, it really works.

    I’m only 26 weeks but I wanted to give this a try because my baby is EXTREMELY active at all hours of the day/night I was getting really tired of her digging her feet into my bladder and this video helped SO much she turned head down after only doing 2 of the exercises

    I was 35 weeks nd was breech then my sister in law recommended this vid and alhamdulillah after doing these excercise may b for 5-6 times today was my check up appointment only to find out that my baby was cephalic presentation alhamdulillah nd credit goes to my beloved sister as well 😊

    Okay y'all listen. I was breech and had 4 days before my cesarian appointment so I was desperate for the baby to turn but doesn't put too much hope since the days are counting. So I tried just no. 1 and no. 2. once every night together with my relaxing yoga. Guess what, today (the supposed date for my cesarian appointment) the baby moved head down. 😭😭 Now I was induced for a normal delivery. Thanks so much for this video. Thank God for making me find your video. Pls pray that I can have a safe normal delivery. It's my first time since my first child, I had a cesarian operation, so I'm kind of nervous. Xoxo

      @@kivireddy hey dear, i just tried those excercise few times not much, but also I tried light/dark mode like in night time when your baby is active a lot showing mobile flash light, or giving him cold touch on stomach to encourage him to move
      whatever is suitable for you but i would recommend to do everything in limit, listen to your baby and your body.

    33 weeks 5 days! Baby has constantly stayed breech this wholeeee time she just really loves prefers tht positions well after my last ultrasound confining she was still breech Tuesday! My hubby encouraged my sappy emotional self to just try! A video to see if maybe it would work. He helped me do these yesterday and less then 24hrs later!!! She was head down today at doctors office!! There’s no doubt in my mind that this video was the contributor. They were uncomfortable and she did not like them at all. But it worked!!🎉 so happy I found this video!

    This really worked for me....Here comes my story , I got twins in my womb ....In 9th month doctor told me , second baby is breech , so we should go for c-section because it is impossible to turn the baby now, then I watched your vedio and tried all the excersices as you said , miracle !baby turned in one day....I wondered , because in such a small place how can my baby turned....meanwhile I asked my first baby to adjust a little , so that my second one can turn easily...they listen to me and this happened.....thanks to you for posting such a vedio....This will help a lot of people😀

    I was 35 weeks pregnant and my midwife thought My baby was still breech. So I did the exercices and I today I went for my ultrasound and baby was head down :) . Although I was already pretty sure he was head down because I started feeling lots of lightening crotch and a horrible sciatica cramp in my pelvic area that came and went. Also when I lay down on my left side I could feel the baby kicking on the side-middle of my belly. 🥰

    I'm 36 weeks. My baby is breech so I tried the stuff out on this video. Today I had an ultrasound and my doctor told me the baby is now transverse which means horizontal but instead of head being on my right, he's in the opposite direction on me left and butt on my right. My gyno believes that at the next ultrasound, baby will be down (in 3 days). In the meantime, I'll be doing these exercises daily to help the process along. Although baby isn't head down yet, it's the first time he's flipped a different direction for many weeks. So this exercise definitely helps. Hoping to write about my progress in a few days.

    Thank you🙏🏻...Success story...My baby has been transverse since 32 weeks....last sonography done on 36 week baby was transverse then i search UA-cam for how to encourage baby to head down...today 37 weeks 5days baby has turned head down..... With the affirmation therapy i used to do music therapy and these exercises 3times a day and breathing exercise... Also prayed to mahadev and durga maa.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻Jai mahakal.. jai matadi..🙏🏻🙏🏻

      @@alittlejoytolife I did them everyday for four days as it was my next appointment and the baby head was confirmed Down but I m still doing them didn’t stop in fear of baby not turning back to breech

    Thank you for sharing this video. It really useful for us as a future mother. Last july 16 I found out that my baby is in transverse position and after doing this exercise, my baby now is in cephalic presentation. We just found out today after my BPS ultrasound result, July 22. I just did this for 2 days.

    I'm pregnant with my second baby (31 weeks) and found our yesterday that I'm breech again .. I had a c-section with my first born because she was breech and wouldn't turn head down. Now again same problem 🫣 I ll try all of these exercises.. pray for me to give this time birth naturally 🙏

      @@pavanipriya824 i am not really sure what exactly worked for me, i walked one hour every day, i was doing squatting, following these excercises plus i was doing other work outs. At 28 weeks it was breech finally the baby is head down

    I am currently 34 weeks and 6 days pregnant. At 29 weeks of pregnancy, my baby was in a cephalic presentation, but at 34 weeks, my baby turned breech. I just found out about your exercises that can help with this and I started doing them today. I hope my baby will turn head down before my due date.

    Just started these exercises literally 20 minutes ago. I’m 37 weeks & 3 days. I was told baby boy (my first) is in transverse position. I have an ultrasound appointment on 10/4 (2 days) to “be sure” then to schedule an ecv & if that doesn’t work, a c section which I am extremely terrified of. Hoping these work & fast 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽

    Do you have any video for birth ball exercises? Since the baby's head is not down yet, is it good to do birth ball exercises like swaying left and right and rocking front and back? We are looking forward for a normal delivery (1st baby)

      Hi! These exercises are recommended for labor prep EXCEPT for the forward leaning inversion. Once you know baby has turned, don't do forward leaning inversion again. As always, I recommend asking your doctor for any specific questions. Thanks so much for watching and congrats on baby!

      @@megaracheska she did move out of breech and I was able to have a heathy delivery!! It didn’t help with getting me into labor though, I actually went overdue by a week but this did help move my baby out of breech🥰

    These look like some good exercises. Luckily I never had to worry about my babies being head down and I hear that it can hurt to have them be manually moved. I bet there are some moms out there that will really benefit from this. Also, it's good to keep moving during pregnancy!

      @@anushapunnam551 unfortunately they didn’t work for me. I ended up having to go to the hospital to have my baby turned from transverse to head down

    My wife is 38 weeks and 3 days. Yesterday she received a call from her doctor that the baby is in breech position. We are going to work on this exercises and hopefully everything goes right 🙌🏽🙌🏽

    1:26 move ur hips in a circular motion on yoga ball
    1:53 inverted hip raises.
    2:26 flashlight on bottom of belly
    2:38 sit forward, upward give the baby space
    3:13 forward leaning inversion

    Yeah, these exercises really worked for me, my baby was head down at 34 weeks, I did some of these exercise and now before 36 weeks my baby moved head down.Do these exercise safely.👍

      Some typo error,my baby was head up in breech position at 34 weeks, I did some of these exercises and within 2 days it went head down in cephalic position. Exercise really worked.👍

    In my first ultrasound last november, my baby is in cephalic view with a high lying position. Last Jan 4 my baby was in transverse position. I am on my 32nd week now. I pray that my baby will still turn

      Hi! Often the forward leaning inversion does the trick in one time of doing it- but everyone is different. Sometimes you can feel baby move head down and other times it is hard to tell- so it is hard to say. Hope these exercises help you!

    Am 36 + 3 weeks was told my baby was breech due to having a fall a week ago was due to have a ECV done today I did these exercises last night for a about an hour went this mornin for my scan she had turned herself to head down position so am booked in now to be started off on Monday thank you for this video can’t believe it works so relieved

      I had my midwife appointment today and my baby is transverse again 😩 and they are going to preform an ECV on me next week. L do these exercises again and hope they turn my baby
