Hi Charlie! 😊 I'm so close to end of my 200 hour yoga teacher training, 😌 this challenge is inspiring me everyday to bring myself to my full potential without fear or judgement. I have been so inspired by the way you teach in such a gentle, nurturing manor. I want to express my gratitude for how thoughtful and exciting your sequencing is. I hope this new year brings you so much peace and joy! 😊
Good for you! I’m also doing my 200 hr YTT but still in the beginning stages. Where did you do your training through? I’d love to do an immersion but currently doing mine online, I’m sure I will do an in person soon. Good luck with completing your training!
@highvibe_living I just finished about 8 days ago, So I have my certification now, I'm teaching yoga, I did mine online as well through My Vinyasa Practice. 😊 I wish you the best in completing your training
I was able to do a chaturanga for the 1st time ever.. only through the 15days of practice.. this ia amazing. Im overflowing with joyyy 🎉😊 so grateful. Now i wanna see how much ill be able to do if i continue the same for 6 months or a year.. Thanks charlie ❤
I used a block, but that was BY FAR the best attempt at sugar cane I've ever done- ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever done!! This channel is always such a flippin delight that I've started a yoga journal. Thank you charlie!!
Wait I love the concept of a yoga journal. Do you mind if I ask what you write in it? Just what yoga practice you did that day, or do you follow certain prompts each time you write in it?
Aha, so THAT’S what Sugarcane is! Well, my sugarcane had more sugar than cane in it ;-) and it\s good i had the block nearby to help me ‘cheat’. I felt the challenge today in several poses, which was interestingly effortful, providing opportunities to do inner work as well. Thanks for giving me these opportunities, Charlie.
Charlie! Sometimes I have to just laugh as you easily progress through the advanced levels of a pose. I’m at the end range of my mobility and you’ll give gentle soothing cues to reach back, internally rotate your arm, and grab your foot while in a standing split. It makes me laugh involuntarily as I try to stay upright. Sometimes I also swear at you in pure disbelief or your pose. Hope that doesn’t wreck your chi. Your alignment based teaching style really meshes with me and reminds me of my first yoga mentor. Really enjoying this 30-day series- a lot of work and planning went into it! And if you feel an occasional F-bomb lobbed at the screen, laugh it off. It’s me, quivering, 4 levels of the pose behind. Thanks so much!
Halfway there! 😄 The biggest challenge was trying to internally rotate my shoulder and trying to rotate my hand, my body just gets confused at that point 😂 I'd be very grateful for tips on how to train that movement
It was a first for me attempting sugarcane, I was so far from reaching my leg but it was really fun 😊 What a lovely series, even though I'm far from achieving any of the peak poses, I do feel more confident in my practice and my transitions. Thank you Charlie !
Dear Charlie, you are a mentor, an amazing teacher, I can’t wait to hear your gentle voice in the morning and continue this wonderful 30 day challenge! thank you for another amazing practice! Love it, have a blessed day ❤
That was fun! I've never done sugarcane before and I love how you guide us into these poses in a way that makes them unintimidating! Wow, we are half way through - I was noticing today that (despite being on my period) how strong I feel! Thank you so much Charlie for this incredible and beautifully designed challenge 🙏
This was a fun & challenging! My sugarcane looked more like the sugarcane after it's gone through the masher 😊 . It's something to work towards, along with wheel, side crow, headstand, etc.. But I believe in Charlie's teaching abilities, she is the best 🙏😊❤
I will never ever stop doing this challenge. When we get to day 30, I simply start again. And again. And again. This is the best I've ever done. Feeling so great, so relaxed, so strong and so "upright". Can't wait to the next flow. Thank you soooooo much ❣❣❣
This was a fun practice. Love Sugar Cane as well! The poses felt amazing for my legs, hips and even my low back. I had some tension in my low back, but could feel the release when moving through each pose and transition. Thank you for this one
Well, I was total crap on this one. I’ll keep trying. Trying to recover from a balance problem and my hamstrings are rigid but I did my best today and I know that is ok! Thank you so much for helping us Charlie!
Loved this session! My second class so far of your 30-day challenge... just what I needed in the late luteal phase. The beautiful serene setting complimented the practice - very relaxing. Particularly liked: rocking lunges, hamstring stretches and the transition into and out of Sugar Cane. I've never heard of Sugar Cane but managed to get into on both sides and loved how it felt 🥰 I also enjoy standing splits but I find my legs lock (especially on the left) and I haven't been able to lift sky-high like you yet. Something to work towards this 2024 :)
Yay sugar and is such a fun posture! I have such a hard time grabbing my right foot, but left is easy. Also my brain kind of melts in confusion whenever you suggest internally rotating the shoulder and hand for a hold. Shoulder, easy. Hand? Totally blank, BUT I was finally able to figure out how to get my left hand to do it today! I think part of the reason I struggle on the right is because I have less flexibility so my hand slips off a lot when I try. Thank you! Someday I’ll understand how to rotate my hand to get into back bends, but this is huge win for me in the now (:
Wonderfully challenging! My version of the pose looked more like the sugar cane after going through the machine to extract the juice hihi....but I will keep practicing. Thank you, Charlie!
Hi Charlie! I was wondering if you could do an in-depth short covering the hand flip in quad stretching positions (like in the cover photo). My mind can't process how exactly to make the transition. You make it look so easy😅 Thank you for this challenge. I STRUGGLE with consistency, so it's really helping me.
I can't believe it's already day 15 of this fantastic challenge! You're really doing a great job putting these practices together. Keeping it challenging but also well balanced. I really like it - even though I can't really get into the sound baths.
Charlie this was absolutely amazing mentally and physically. I had no idea what sugar Cain was but I tried it to the best of my ability. I didn’t feel defeated when I could just manage a starter pose but empowered. Thank you.
Thank you sweet Charlie for this very challenging practice.. I don’t recall seeing the sugarcane before. Extremely wobbly and probably awful looking 😂 I shall persevere and hopefully accomplish something at least half decent with a bit more practice 🤞🏽 Looking forward to the week ahead ❤️
Feel great sitting in a cold room, and have a warm body, keep breathing, and be calm. Can't wait when finally I take a mat and practice yoga in some nice green spot. Greetings from Manchester :)
Hey Charlie, thanks so much for all the work you've put into this challenge! You're certainly helping me push into places I'd never have gone on my own. Much appreciated!
Loved all the days so far, but this one demonstrated to me how beneficial all the classes so far have been. I felt able to have a go at sugar cane ,and made a reasonable attempt instead of thinking it was beyond me. Thankyou Charlie 🙏
An amazing flow again. This is my first introduction to sugar cane so to move in yet another challenging position is enriching. Thank you Charlie for your consistent variety and careful guidance to improve. Namaste from Australia. See you for day 16.😍💙
Thanks Charlie this is a fantastic flow really stretching and opening up hips I really appreciate you this challenge is fantastic appreciate your hard work and time u put into it have a wonderful day see you tomorrow 😊
First thought what's sugarcane today's flow. Finally I find this new sequence into this sugarcane. I normally called it chapasana (now only I know it called sugarcane too) 😂 Thanks Charlie for this creative flow. ❤❤
Wow. The hips& hamstrings session helped ease my leg muscle tensions that I had for a week. The opening of the sugarcane was also greatly needed as well. Thank you, Charlie.🙏🙏🧘♂️
This was like kismet, to have a hips and hamstrings focused class after I did my first run after almost 8 years of not doing so (2 pregnancies and childcare). Woke up feeling tight in the psoas and ah… this was good. I ended in hero’s pose and front splits and even managed to hold mermaid pose. Keeping a consistent practice produces these changes even when a particular pose isn’t done regularly.
Thank you so much, Charlie - your well-thought-out videos have helped me improve beyond my wildest expectations! I am so grateful for your expertise and your willingness to share with us ❤ 🙏.
Thank you so much for saying, this is so encouraging to read 🙏 thank you for joining me for the challenge, it's my pleasure to be able to help you achieve things you didn't think possible
I love your Challenge so much Charlie. Es gibt mir jeden Tag so viel Kraft den Tag durchzustehen, und ich freue mich immer darauf. Danke und Grüße aus Bavaria.
Fantastic flow, thanks Charlie. Any suggestions to help rotate my shoulders? I struggle trying to get my fingers pointing toward my body when I am holding my foot. Thanks 🙏
Thank you for an amazing class today! First time doing the Sugarcane pose!! I'm so proud of myself. You give the best instructions on the poses with such positive energy in your voice. 🙏
Thank you so much Charlie❤ I enjoyed this flow so much! I really appreciate all the hard work you put into these videos creating such an amazing journey for us🙏
That was very challenging for me this morning. My sugar cane looked more like a ginger root but I was able to find self love facing my limits. I’ve never gone so far so thanks to you and to me. See you tomorrow.
Another challenging and fulfilling session. Thank you so much Charlie. I really enjoy being pushed in my yoga practice but in the gentle manner that you have. Wow half way through the challenge ❤
Hello Charlie 😃 I’m Polish and I practice yoga with You since 2 months. I'm taking advantage of this challenge and I love yoga more day by day ❤ thank you 🙏 nice to see You every day ☺️
My favorite practice so far! I plan to repeat this often. Maybe because I am able to complete these poses, especially sugar cane. While my balance (at 70) may be inconsistent, these supportive poses allow me to expand my capabilities. Thanks so much!
Thank you so much, very much enjoyed today's practice. Made it with one side to sugar cane, the other didn't have the balance it felt. Can't wait to continue to grow with you, my favourite yoga channel on youtube by far!
Thank you Charlie. My soul needed this more than my body today... also, I know I am a bit late but this challenge has been great for the busy person too. I can't keep up every day, but picking up on the next day in the challenge when I can has been just as natural. peace + love :) wzrd
What a wonderful class! Challenging of course. I had a bit of a laugh trying to find my balance which I lost many times but I think I tried what I can do today which is okay too. Thank you Charlie! We're halfway there!
Thank you Charlie! I love all your videos and all you do. Except the position today in knee lunge with the back knee bent was the most uncomfortable position.

Thanks for the idea of a block. I'll try that next time.
Of course ! a block. I will try again with.

This was a little bit different balance wise for me, but I enjoyed the challenge of the sugar cane pose regardless 😊 Nameste Charlie 🙏🙏

This was a fun practice. Love Sugar Cane as well! The poses felt amazing for my legs, hips and even my low back. I had some tension in my low back, but could feel the release when moving through each pose and transition.
Thank you for this one
Very interesting flow. Sugar Cane was very wobbly and I guess absolutely terribly looking😅. But fun class as always😊 great challenge so far🎉
Thank you so much for joining me for day 15 🙏
hahaha @hayleyv7890 my Sugar Cane was like that too! But still better than I've been able to do before. 😄Thanks @CharlieFollows
Well, I was total crap on this one. I’ll keep trying. Trying to recover from a balance problem and my hamstrings are rigid but I did my best today and I know that is ok! Thank you so much for helping us Charlie!
Saving this one for future reference, might be the most open my hips have ever felt
Going strong on Day 15 ❤ I’ve not met a flow I didnt enjoy. Youre my favorite instructor so far ❤❤
Thank you for this flow, Charlie. I did it. Not the sugar cane though, not yet. But I enjoyed it.
Thank you Charlie. Really enjoyed getting close to achieving sugar cane. ❤😊

I somehow pulled off sugar cane and now ready for the start of another wonderful week
Hi Charlie 👋
Today's session was so good I did mostly every pose 😀 but not standing splits😢
I can't believe it's already day 15 of this fantastic challenge! You're really doing a great job putting these practices together. Keeping it challenging but also well balanced. I really like it - even though I can't really get into the sound baths.
Lovely practice! I love when you start us in child’s pose, it really helps me come to the mat!
Thank you Charlie🤎 Day 15☑️
Charlie this was absolutely amazing mentally and physically. I had no idea what sugar Cain was but I tried it to the best of my ability. I didn’t feel defeated when I could just manage a starter pose but empowered. Thank you.

Mondays are becoming my new favorite day, I'm loving the hip opener theme 😊
Super flow today Charlie thank you. I definitely felt the wobble on some of the poses. That's OK, maybe less at the end of the week. 😊🙏
❤⭐ thank you x

thank you charlie, im glad to see myself half way here.
Another really good one! Loved the shoulder openings and the emphasis on the lower body. We started the challenge late, and are enjoying the workouts!
My favorite practice so far! I plan to repeat this often. Maybe because I am able to complete these poses, especially sugar cane. While my balance (at 70) may be inconsistent, these supportive poses allow me to expand my capabilities. Thanks so much!
Sugarcane Sunday!!! 🙏🙏🫶🫶
Charlie you are so professional and amazing. thank you for making this available to people without ads.....wow
Awesome as always and first time trying sugar cane! Love your approachable yet challenging classes, thank you Charlie! 😊
Thank you so much, very much enjoyed today's practice. Made it with one side to sugar cane, the other didn't have the balance it felt. Can't wait to continue to grow with you, my favourite yoga channel on youtube by far!
Thanks for YOUR time and energy (love this signoff)! Will keep rolling through this instructive challenge.
I had never heard of sugar cane but your encouragement got me to try it! I will keep working on it! Thank you

One of my favorites!!! Thank you 💜🌸!!
another challenging class thank you very much! I was confused by the description of the class expected totally different asanas ☺️
Thank you Charlie! I love all your videos and all you do. Except the position today in knee lunge with the back knee bent was the most uncomfortable position.
