I’m able to focus on so many more things. I’m able to tune into my kids more too because I’m tuned into myself

Your classes are so creative and engaging. Sometimes with other more ‘traditional’ flows I find myself just going through the motions and not fully concentrating, but with your flows I never know what creative transition or new adjustment is coming next, so I stay locked in. It’s really refreshing! Thank you for all you do and all the content you share with us.

This might be the most humbling practice of the 30 day challenge for me. It was very fun, but you threw in a lot of things that I have always struggled with! It’s usually a transition involving strength and today it was definitely straightening the leg from skandasana. I have never been able to do it without using g my hands and arms! There were some others needing juicy leg strength that I still lack. It’s good to be reminded of those postures/transitions. That transition into supine twist at the end was chef’s kiss perfection! Thank you for another wonderful class, Charlie!
Oh, It was a wonderful day, Charlie!~ not gonna lie but after lots of quite advanced exercises it may be overwhelming to continue doing exercises every day, so it was incredibly nice to have one day where we could do something simple and fun, thank you so much for your thoughtfulness and your far sighted view onto things!!!:'3
I just have to say it: thank ou for doing those 30 day challenges! If it were up to me to always choose a video to follow, I probably would never have started doing yoga. Even though I only practice mostly every other day, I've felt myself improving so much during this challenge

I flippin ADORE this entry to supine twist. I get a super gorgeous stretch in my pec/underarm muscle cuz my shoulder is suspended from the floor, but I can feel it reaching toward the ground. I love it so much. Love to see more of it!
Challenging. Very nice. During the low lunges. Fingers interlaced arms up and back- huge progress in the space in my chest and shoulders. When I looked to the side I didn’t see my arms in peripheral or when I looked with my eyeballs 😊. I turn my head alittle. Still no arms! Only when I turn a little to the back I see my arms!! That is a HUGE deal for me. I’m just continuing to check things off of the list I’m making as I go. ❤
Charlie is Day 23 and my whole upper body sores! Specially My back and shoulders ❤ I loved this short flow and the transition to side plank was so smooth! Thank you! See you tomorrow 🙏🏻

Was incredibly tired, sore, stiff before class. The fact that it was a shorter practice enticed me. Felt so much more awake and loose afterwards. If it was longer, I probably wouldn't have attempted it. Thank you❤
What a fun and challenging practice today. Those side planks with leg lifts were for me the most difficult part of this flow but i am going to work trough them. Thank you so so so much !!!
This was a great full body flow Charlie thank you. I really enjoyed the sequences and the balancing poses. This is an area I need to practice more, I used to be great at balancing, however as I've grown older I find this discipline has left me to a degree. So pleased I'm able to pick the challenge up after a short layoff. 😊
Trailing behind, but haven't given up, although modifying considerably. 🙂Thanks for another lovely and really challenging practice.❤ I postponed this practice a couple of days, as one of my knees hurt, not terribly, but enough to let me know I should take it easv for a couple of days. So it was just some restorative exercises for me. The last thing I wanted was to associate your great practices with pain (a bit of struggle is perfectly ok, though😉 )And it pay, I could really savour day 23 now.

This was a strong flow, side stretches definitely worked the obliques, felt my back lengthen and strengthen in the extended half fold with the legs one behind the other and arms reaching out. Some balance work and just feels good.
