Real talk. Every time I hear music from Kingdom Hearts there is a mix of joy and sadness. Tears well up even though I have a smile on my face. I guess that's because Kingdom Hearts is kept close to my heart because it helped me through tough times. I might put up a tough act but I had suffered with depression and suicide for quite a long time, Kingdom Hearts came through the darkness and showed me the light of pure joy. Props to Lindsey to doing a cover of the songs from Kingdom Hearts, may your heart be your guiding key.
I look back at KH songs when I need to feel a remnant of how I used to feel as a kid, hanging with my dad as he starts up the playstation and Dearly Beloved starts with the menu fading in from the white background. The little jingles of confirmation when you select the options still ring in my memories. I wish I could go back to before, where I still saw my dad and really take in the innocent joy I once felt before it's taken away from me again. God, I really wish..
Same. KH taught me and impacted me more than I ever expected a video game to teach/impact me, and got me through a lot too because of the hope it brought me from playing it. It'll always be my # 1 fave video game.
Same kingdom hearts helped me a lot. And I have a lot of good memories around it. I wish I could go back to the old days when I use to play with a few friends who have also passed away.

Or, if u want the full experience, play KH 2 before 358/2 days, to feel like Roxas the misunderstanding of the situation KH 2.5 = all games before KH3 and after KH 1.5 and KH 1.5 + 2.5 = all games before 3 (KH 2.8 is Unchained X + 0.2 iirc)

Only true key believers will understand the heavy and emotional experience playing the kingdom hearts series up until now and playing kingdom hearts 3 myself I even cried just watching the prologue to the epilogue. My friend is making a tabletop rpg based off it since he is a fan. He is making my character the main villain in his campaign. He was originally planned to be a keyblade wielder but we eventually changed our minds about that. He would have been able to use one special power if we did that and he is better off and stronger without one as most of his powers don't come from the keyblade. He is a chesire cat in human form. He has less lives but is way more powerful.
When i hear the music, it touches my heart and my soul. I feel the softness of goodness. Violin is the best emotional instrument in the world. The music motivate us to stand up again. I think most of us older geezers here now really know what it's like being with kingdom hearts since KH1, I think this game made me who I am today, in my oppinion we learned so much from kingdom hearts, we shared many feelings in this game, We cried, we laughed, we fought together. And the music of kingdom hearts brings Every emotion x9999 out harder, makes you hyped x9999 more and in times of need it cheers us up into our future ahead! :) Props to Lindsey Stirling to play this, I would love to see her play more of KH ost's but that is ofc up to her! :)

3:50 huh, that made me think of something: who the heck has been cutting Sora and Riku's hair while they've been out and about? Sora, at one point, was sealed away from everyone for most of a year while his memories essentially got returned to normal; he physically grew during that time, but not his hair...
I've never played Kindom Hearts and honestly, I don't know anything much about it, but I absolutely love this cover. This made me remember why I fell in love with your channel and your music to begin with. The emotion and power behind each and every note brought tears to my eyes, incredible work, Lindsey.
Honestly, the games are kinda mediocre so not actually worth the time to buy. Most people will argue against this, not because they actually disagree, but because it's what they grew up with and most likely helped them through tough times. Instead, just look for its music tracks. The music is what keeps Kingdom Hearts being so well loved.

I don’t know if Lindsey Stirling keeps up to date with trends and what’s popular or if she’s a legitimate Kingdom Hearts fan. Either way this absolutely beautiful and amazing and it’s blowing my mind! It’s just one of those scenarios where you would never expect two different things to come together and when they do... Just wow! This must’ve taken months of practicing and perfecting which leads me to believe that Lindsey truly does play KH and gets invested into the story and characters. I hope that’s the case.

I think it would be very amazing if they created a character that represented Lindsey Stirling. For every strum of her bow she casts a slicing ability towards her enemy and could become a support character, bringing morale and health to her allies. Each tune could summon a different monster to come to her Aid, like for water would be a soothing tune. For ice, something more frigid and for fire, something with a bit more Romance, etcetera. For her name in Final Fantasy, I think something that holds weight.. Let her choose the name of this character. It would be awesome.

I've never played Kindom Hearts and honestly, I don't know anything much about it, but I absolutely love this cover. This made me remember why I fell in love with your channel and your music to begin with. The emotion and power behind each and every note brought tears to my eyes, incredible work, Lindsey.
Honestly, the games are kinda mediocre so not actually worth the time to buy. Most people will argue against this, not because they actually disagree, but because it's what they grew up with and most likely helped them through tough times. Instead, just look for its music tracks. The music is what keeps Kingdom Hearts being so well loved.

I don’t know if Lindsey Stirling keeps up to date with trends and what’s popular or if she’s a legitimate Kingdom Hearts fan. I really wish there was a way to purchase the music for this. I have wanted this to play at my wedding since I found it. Planning to walk down the aisle to it. I look back at KH songs when I need to feel a remnant of how I used to feel as a kid, hanging with my dad as he starts up the playstation and Dearly Beloved starts with the menu fading in from the white background. The little jingles of confirmation when you select the options still ring in my memories. I wish I could go back to before, where I still saw my dad and really take in the innocent joy I once felt before it's taken away from me again. God, I really wish..
I think it would be very amazing if they created a character that represented Lindsey Stirling. For every strum of her bow she casts a slicing ability towards her enemy and could become a support character, bringing morale and health to her allies. Each tune could summon a different monster to come to her Aid, like for water would be a soothing tune. For ice, something more frigid and for fire, something with a bit more Romance, etcetera.
For her name in Final Fantasy, I think something that holds weight.. Let her choose the name of this character. It would be awesome.
