Legs are definitely easy to grow. Just have to get in there and do it! 20+ years of motocross, has destroyed both my knees though, Cant push as heavy anymore. But I still ride and train legs 🤘🏼
For me to grow legs, I need it all. High reps, low reps, intensifiers, full failure nearly every set. I do 10 sets for quads then 8 for hams. Doesn’t take much of you go stupid hard. Just my opinion. Great video!

So I train 5x a week and definitely leave the gym with a full pump every time.No injuries or serious issues for 3 solid years.
