Sadik always has some pearls of wisdom- I think too much of us focus on what we don’t like about our bodies and attribute that to not liking the way we look. If we see it more as a goal or something to aim for and improve and focus on what we love about our bodies as he said, it’s a much healthier mindset. That’s why we love him!!

what people wont clock is the fact his weight will drop in a huge calorie surplus vs gaining with junk food is because the calorie is a terrible metric for human metabolism. a calorie is a unit of heat energy measure by burning in bomb calorimeter whereas our mitochondria run on ATP. two completely different processes but its taboo to address the colorie thing as people are so adamant its the utter truth. i eat 90% beef, low carb. 205lb at 6ft2 lean with abs and veins. i eat around 5500 calories a day and often lose weight. and when the weight does go up its virtually all lean tissue as without the carbs i hold less puffiness.

I was doing over 1000mg when I was a 1st year surgical resident. I felt so unhealthy now I do 200mg pre workout and maybe a few hundred more throughout depending how much I'm at the hospital but it feels so much better 750mg is still alot
