A few months ago I started to workout out legs again. Sometimes I have flair ups with lower back pain. Any specific leg exercises I can implement to protect my back more? Thank you!
Hey Samuel! That’s an easy fix… you’ll want to start strengthening your glutes! I recommend two direct glute movements 2x per week! (Glute bridges, glute kick backs). Strengthening your glutes will help you with your lower back pain
Sadik I know you’re gonna compete in mens physique and you’ll definitely do very good but you’ve gained so much thickness in your back and arms after NY Pro please also compete in classic division in other show like Tampa pro or etc, it’s lights out with that width and vaccum pose

Sadik was wearing a Fitbit during the workout. After the workout, we were able to look up the calories burned throughout the workout (during each exercise) as well!
