Power, water, and sewer…that’s awesome. I’ve got a ~500sq.ft camp on 10 acres in Michigan but it’s still pretty rustic…and not near enough to a road to easily get big equipment back to it.

Live and learn, right. I will be posting one soon where I used "knotty pine" on the ceiling. It was expensive, but anything to avoid sheet rock.
