I totally get the pot and what it means to you. My house has quite a few things like that which I refuse to let go of for any reason. Really enjoying the videos, thanks for all your hard work that goes into making each one.

Have you ever been concern with CO from the Buddy Heater? I know they market them as being indoor safe with a low O2 sensor. I’ve thought about getting a Big Buddy for my cabin as backup.
How can I help? I know you are really new to this and I have a little bit of experience, reall enjoy it you being out alone and trying to make it happen
I agree with you on cast iron, but that old pot has great memories for me as a kid. And, it's US made. I think I use cast iron in most of my other videos.

Yes, I use a CO detector when ever burning inside. They are not expensive anymore.

I am new. I would appreciate any feedback.
If it was mine, I would sell that aluminum pot for junk, and get some stainless steel or cast iron. New subscriber.
