Great editing man 👌🏽. What year and trim is your RAV4?
Thanks! This is the 2019 GXL AWD Hybrid, which may be an Australian-only model (I'm not sure).
Hey mate where are you based in just loving the scenery. Fantastic editing ❤️
Thanks so much for the kind comments! I'm based in Australia, and many of the videos are recorded in the wilderness areas surrounding Sydney, such as the Blue Mountains and Newnes.
I am planning to get a RAV4 hybird AWD for a bit light off road. How long have you wait for your one?
I bought mine in 2019 so the wait time was short. I've heard wait times are bad now, but still worth the wait
@@rav4meThanks for your response. I am in WA. My friend is waiting 14months right now. I am a bit curious about the actual fuel consumption before and after change off road tyres.
@@ifillam7511 wow, 14 months... that sucks. I used to get 5.6L/100km with the standard tyres, now I get 6.4 after these bigger all-terrains. 6.5 after the roof rack. In my opinion this is still very good. Keep in mind these tyres are quite a bit bigger and heavier than standard ones.
@@rav4me The figure is pretty good actually. Hopefully the next gen RAV4 hybird will have a sailor roof for recharge the battery like the new Prius does. Thanks for your information.
Whats the MPG difference look like?
Stock tires: 5.6L/100km (42mpg)
After AT tires: 6.4L/100km (36.7mpg)
What size tires are you running and is it lifted?
Falken Wildpeak AT3W 245/65r17. I haven't lifted it yet, maybe next year
Good lookin ride! Thanks!
Any tire rub?
@@bill9275 when the tires were new they rubbed slightly at full lock. Now that they've worn down a bit there's no rub at all.
@@rav4me It seems strange that you had even a slight rub. The size if your tires is quite smaller than the oem ones (225/65/17). I use a tire size of 235/65/17 and didn't experience any rub, even when the car wasn't lifted.
What awning is this???
This is the Kings Awning 2x3. It might not be available outside Australia.
SALUDOS!!
