It has given me so much trauma anything fondant scares me This is my recipe 1and half kg icing sugar, 4 table spoon gelatin, 4 table spoon glucose, 2 table spoon glycerin and 5 table spoon lemon
@@britneybright6456 Ok but they have the option of not eating the fondant. I’m suggesting that you try making the fondant without the lemon . I also noticed there’s no CMC in your recipe

I tried this cake covering method but the edges where they join is still obvious. I thought I could smoothen it out and no one will notice.

Is there any reason you include lemon to it ?
