I have bought expired vitamins many times and still taken them. I think they were still good. And I bought these cat "agility" capsules once, used some then lost them for years, found them and used them on another cat that was older and needed help moving his joints, and they still worked on him--he became in great shape, moved like a young cat again. And those cat vitamins were expired by several years!
One comment said he showed the store they were expired and got them for free I would image the store would throw them out before selling them but if I can get them for free 😅👍

Most dates are fairly arbitrary and some manufacturers tested their products as well.. Most medication and vitamins expiration dates are tied to a 90% efficacy as compared to new production. If your medications and vitamins are kept in an ideal environment, cool, dry, and out of light, they will remain usable for years past the expiration date on the bottom of the bottle..
can you explain how supplements are negative towards your health. as in your body will stop naturally producing certain stuff i you are taking to many vitamins

You said more delicious. This is true when I got sick and needed Campbell's chicken noodle soup as medicine to get well, the cans were expired by 5 years. I decided to try them anyway and they were still good and ALSO tasted better than brand new canned soup.
Ive read somewhere that the us military did a research and came to the conclusion that most meds( things like ep pens dont) can be good for up to 30 years? Can anyone confirm?
Shall I use Alphalipoic acid after 6 months expiration please help me out Guyss I’m in confused to consume it or not as I had nearly70-80 tablets remained in my supplement stack😌🙏

I knew a old woman that use to take vicodin and threw out 3 bottles with 175 pills per bottle because the date was over a week old what a waste
