Sausage Buns / Rolls
✔️Ingredients
1 whole egg (large-60g)
3 tbsp sugar (38g)
2 tsp instant dry yeast (6g)
1 cup fresh milk-lukewarm (240ml)
2 tbsp cooking oil (30ml) (or melted butter instead)
3 cups bread flour (405g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
12 pcs. sausage/hotdog (pre-cooked/boiled)
•Recipe Yield: 12 pieces (60-65 grams each, excluding sausage)
💡If to use all purpose flour, add up 1 to 2 tbsp of oil to match the dough consistency.

good day, I have question po sana and hindi siya related sa sausage bun but sa MILKY CHEESE ROLL po, I just want to ask if lalagyan parin po ba ng salt yung dough mixture If salted butter yung gagamitin? and if pwede po ba na margarine ang gamitin?
