Harry is such a good DM. He is able to create little changes and rules on the fly to help the campaign moving whilst still being fair. What a legend. Love this series so much.
"We're the wind that shakes the foundation of the web. We're the sun that lights up every strand of it when it breaks. We're the rain that tears it apart." Aoife really embodied her inner bard with this one.
I’m still on episode 6 but I’m clicking on this video to give it a like because I don’t want this to ever end…you guys are literally the only thing I’ve been listening to/watching whenever I have free time ❤
I applaud Harry for creating this first season: 13 episodes when 10ish were planned out, is an absolute accomplishment and follows the kind of tv series logic that is not too long but not too quick either. I actually feel lucky being here while the show is being shot and shared with the world because I'm more likely to follow up with it, rather than stepping into a campaign that's already gone through several dozen episodes and a multiplied number of hours.
The way this episode already feels like a finale is amazing. Only 13 episodes in and the story building and character progression is absolutely brilliant
This by far was my favorite episode- those that have prepped for a night of DND will know how much effort was put into this episode. Brilliant work- what fun, what story development, what character moments. I love this cast and DM - I’m inspired to run better game nights.
WOWWWWW I had to pause for a moment when the episode ended this was so unbelievably good! Feels like a fully fleshed out script from a TV show, so narratively satisfying!! It's crazy how half of it was essentially up to improv and random dice rolls... I am soooo excited for the future of this band of heroes

Another fantastic episode of a fantastic story with a fantastic cast! In the room for improvement department, there were lots of bonus actions and reactions that weren't used. Rogue abilities such as evasion and disengaging using a bonus action. Casting shillelagh at the start of combat since it's a cantrip and be cast at the same time as a levelled spell.
Once again such a great episode. I loved the smooth implementation of weapon mastery for Endellion. The fight was epic, so many beautifuly crafted minis and the map. Harry did an outstanding job in managing all the NPCs in the fight. And the end left me very eager for the next episode. Thank you again for creating this amazing story and sharing it with us and wish you all a very lovely day.
Thank you! Harry did a great job of building it in. Officially this episode was recorded before the 2024 handbook launched, and was released the day of, so it was a fun way of dipping our toes in and introduce changes in a more organic way - Hollie
A good nickname for Endellion is "comet". those object are part of the solar system, but travel very far from from the sun. When they come back close to the sun they shine bright and leave behind part of themselves that appear as a tail of light to the naked eye. It also links with her interest in astronomy
Yeah, I am really enjoying going back now that we understand more about how this world is working, so much more interesting things to think about why certain characters acted that way knowing where we would get to by this arc's end!
Just a wee bit of a cliffhanger. Bravo, and congratulations to the whole cast! Now I have to wait two weeks for the next episode. I am really looking forward to next week’s Action Surge!
Just as a note: sneak attack can actually be added to the offhand attack, you just dont add modifiers. So since (SPOILERS) morgan was surrounded then "I" should have done more than 1 damage
Absolutely brilliant how Harry weaves a story and is seemingly prepared for all possibilities that the players throw his way! The stories and supporting back stories have great depth, so kudos to everyone that designs, writes, produces and supports this (and of course the great DM snd players)!
This felt like a proper finale. I was absolutely gripped by that ending. It really is the party vs the world now isn't it? Can someone please novelise this?
Finally got round to listening to all of this and couldn't be happier, those last 30 mins and particularly the last few were exciting as hell. A real testament to how well the story has progressed over these 13 episodes!
Love the skillful way the 2024 rules are being worked in by creating actual story moments. There was so much excellence in this episode from the minis to the moments and of course the end. More please, lots more

This feels like a season finale of a television series. I wonder if we could have a character cheat sheet because sometimes it’s hard to remember who did what especially for the person at the end (trying to keep things as spoiler free as possible.)

I get the impression it was something to do with the Deck? He seemed to be reliving his accident where he found the cards during that teleport. I could be mistaken though
I though the thing with the ranged weapons was if your under the first number for distance, or past the last number it's at disadvantage and the in-between is the flat roll, but I could be very very wrong
I, the character not the me, should have received sneak attack on his comical 1 hp attack, since Morgan had 3 allies on him. His miss with a 17 could have likely been turned into a hit by the bardic inspiration Dolly gave him; if not for the fact that bardic inspiration is memory-holed the instant someone receives it. Fantastic episode and a most thrilling close to the arc! Congrats Natural 6!
