The second one is a clone of the British Avon S6 gas mask. That mask was updated to make the S10, then later the FM12. Both of which are better gas masks and are available cheap on the surplus market.
I would say if you plan on using firearms as well as a gas mask, get one with a filter on your non dominant side, way more comfortable when shouldering your rifle
Lame! Leaving the video after their first clip said nothing concerning the obvious expectancy of using the mask while firing a rifle. It would seem that the mask in the first clip wont let your cheek get close enough to properly view your sights, but they never said anything and so I'm moving onto a video that's presented by experienced people who are covering the actualities of using a mask

Thanks a bunch for the tip!
The best one would be Avon, I wouldn’t trust the rest, but wouldn’t get anything less than the Avon FM54 or M54 mask for the best.
Thanks for sharing your opinion!
Hi which respirator is recommended for underground mine gasses?
You can check out the MSA Safety Advantage 3200.
Does the st-100x protect against CBRN?
It doesn't protect against CBRN. It's more suitble for envionmental hazards.
But can't you just buy a filter that would provide protection against cbrn
Avon has the proprietary cans. Way to much money for personal use and family. The Mira line is best of both worlds.
