@@PeachyTT120 aye, just trying to decide on weather or not I can fit a stay alive into the body, there's only just enough room for a decoder, speaker will be mounted under the rear of the loco, so it just looks like the frame - but no where for a stay Alive! - working on a custom sound d profile for it too with John, hopefully with sound clips from the film 😄😄

Sorry to hear that you've not been well and make a full recovery soon, I'm hoping that Hornby will produce the class 90 in TT eventually as they have one in their oo range
Hornby recently stated that electrics won't make an appearance anytime soon. As electrics would then require complimentary things like OHE and so on. So at the moment I highly doubt Hornby would tackle any electrics for the next 7-10 years atleast

Yes this was a prototype model and I have made many changes to the model since. Theres some added detail and robustness to it now. And Ill also be addding pantographs henceforth.
2x Halling bogies are the best, easiest and most cost effective solution at the moment which also gives you soace for addrd weight and so on.
I currently supply instructions digitally. So for anyone buying a kit, I woll email instructions.
For thise interested in what it can pull, theres the following RTR options:-
- Hornby Mk3 coaches
- Hornby KFA containers
I will be doing some GUVs soon as well in kit form.

Doing Queensland 3'6" in TT. Been printing gears n gear boxes. If it works then donor mechs won't be needed.
Do let me know how you get along. I've tried various resins for gears but never found something suitable.... @@AlwaysCensored-xp1be

@@PeggyDez I post progress on my face book page, Babbage Brass Works. I suspect if any resin works it will be a mix of ABS like and Tough. Tried Mod0.2 in Tough, failed, too flexible. Mod0.3 in ABS like looks pretty good but I am now designing the chassis/ gearbox for testing. I think for Railcars it will be fine. I am now posting in MERG forum, 3D section, some code n STLs.

Hi Chris. Sorry to hear you're "under the weather" and hope you get sorted soon. Rather a drastic weight-loss method, don't you know! Class 90 kit: No thanks, it's just a little beyond my modelling skills at the moment. I'm not sure that the kit is a cost-cutting activity - I think it is for modellers who like taking things apart and adapting them into something else. Good luck to the winner.

talking to west hill wagon works they wont reduce their overhead equipment from oo to tt120. till an electric loco is produced. so may be good for us too. caroline
