In 1980 When they were Filming Smoky and the Bandit Part 2 in Florida. I was working in the Area and decided to go where they were Shooting the movie .There were a few people looking on .As i got close i realized i was standing next to Hal Needham the Great Stuntman and Director. They were getting ready to do the scene where Burt Reunite's with Sally. The Assistant Director says ok people please stay Quiet if you have children make sure they stay quiet too. Then Hal said Action and this Baby started Crying and the Assistant Director Yelled at the Lady i told you people to stay Quiet. Then Burt started walking over and said to the Lady Sorry. What a Guy! After that everything went smoothly. Burt was Pure Class!
I liked all of Burt's movies and especially his appearances on Johnny Carson. He was hysterically funny, along with being so handsome. When he was on Carson, he had the audience in the palm of his hand.
