So I've been apartment hunting this week with a friend, and I saw how the market has changed since 2022, and I wanted to make this video for the immigrants who want to come here. I hope it helps.

Hey Kevan. Love your videos mate. I'm planning on moving to Albania for a few years as a Turkish citizen. I'm a self-employed software dev. Will definitely be in contact with your lawyer recommendation. I'm hoping they would be able to help me out with the process of setting up a company, applying for residency etc? Hana Corner Cafe -- I'm not sure if I heard of this name before. I don't normally go to areas where there are a lot of digital nomads, to be honest. It's a bit strange meeting people who keep coming here short-term so this is one of the reasons I haven't met a lot of the newcomers in the last few years.

That’s a great question. At the moment I don’t have that many black female friends that I know living here. I just know one but she speaks Albanian so her experience is different. 2 of my black friends that were living here were getting constantly harassed on the street. And there’s no solution. You just have to keep ignoring them and not engaging with them. And if they don’t stop then you gotta buck a little and let know. Let them hear that you’re not interested. And then after ignore them.

If they say "i mobiluar" then yes they are. But for the ones I'm talking about I'm generally talking about furnished apartments, but this does not mean its modern or new@@fernandmaurice8481
