I'm from Tirana and i can say for sure that the building has been built in the early ninetys. I think you could pay less only if you rent long term. And yes Tirana has the most coffee shop per capita in the world. It was a tough competition with Spain but we won it 😂.
I am already missing the Coffee Culture. I can't wait to get back to it later this year.

Its build in the 2000 probably , communists buildings are not more then 6 floors
Thanks for the info. It seems much older to me compared to the buildings around the area.
@@DrLawaytravels It's built in 2004. You can see the historical imagery in Google Earth to confirm that. At that time the quality of buildings was not good. New buildings that are under construction are of much better quality. No elevators in communist buildings.

No I don't do shared accommodation anymore. I am too old at this point. but there are lots of great hostels around Tirana for backpackers that are reasonable.
