Finally! Reasonably cut pieces! I get that wedding cakes are supposed to be small pieces, but me and my family love cake way too much! 😂 We like taking our time to have it with our coffee at the end of a party or gathering. Thank you so much for showing this version of cutting a cake 😁
thank you, but those slices are not 2"x2" , because your cake is 4" tall. Those slices should be cut in 1/2. Your slices here are 2'x4". a double layer 8' should yield 14 or 28 pieces so a 4 layer should always yield 28 or 48 pieces.
Thanks for your comment! You are right, cake slices will vary in size depending on the event. Party cake slices (i.e., those served at a home party) are larger than wedding cake slices. Have a great weekend!
Great observation! What's your YT baking page handle so we can watch you demonstrate the proper way to cut a cake...👀🤔? So excited to see you do ya thing!
For a party I'd just cut the round cake like it's round. If you want square pieces, make a square cake. It's easy to cut a cake like that into 16 pieces. That way all pieces have equal frosting.
Damn if people can cut a cake better, please go start a UA-cam channel, or baking business & show us all, or do it yourselves. Obviously some of y'all couldn't cut a damn cake bc you ended up here. Who comes onto a platform to tell someone, "they're doing it wrong"? The age we live in in disturbing AF🥸😬.
I love this patient and thorough demonstration. Thank you for sharing it! 👏👏👏

Thank you Mrs. Grins. I did enjoy this video. Thank you for teaching us a new skill. God bless you and your business ❤
This cake is exactly 4 servings. I would eat the whole thing in one day easy 👌🏻
Very helpful. Cake looked delicious by the way. Thank you.
Great demonstration! Easy to follow. Thanks!
Thank you for making a video so easy to follow!! ❤️
That cake is so pretty
Cake looks delicious 😋🍰
So, that's how you do it! I had one before you started your business, my cake cutting was disasterous!
Oh no! Hopefully you can try this method next time you are cutting a cake!
Beautifil cake thanke you can you tell me how to make it
today is senn's birthday . so this cake goes to him , wish him a happy birthday everyone
The slices were fairly firm, so I assume you had refrigerated it first. Is that true?

Those are very large generous slices. I bet you can get more servings
Some people like big slices
Now I know how to cut something and it only took me nine minutes! I was cutting with the handle this whole time

You sound fkn stupid! This is how to professionally & accurately cut a cake. If you wanna be a dummy & cut a cake like a pizza then do it!
Oh dear. Just get to the point.
My thoughts exactly
Obviously you have no idea how to cut a round cake , you can cut 12,14 or more slices in triangles and it will look much nicer on the plate.
You can speed the time up/go to another video/not be a dick in the comments of someone who's trying to deach you something. 🙄 The fuck...
That’s not how you cut a round cake, go learn it the right way women! You can make 12,14 or more equal slices in triangles!!!!!!
There’s no “correct” way to cute a cake, just different ways
@@monicaterzic thank you it was something that is useful for all of us looks so easy
