That's not in a specific order, i just like these Monsters because they are fun and creative. That also includes their variants/subspecies, specially Tigerstripe and Desert Seltas Queen. I would also like to see Monoblos in Wilds because his horn could be a lightning rod

@@athos9293totally man 6 out 10 of the monsters in our list are the same 😂. I looked back at monster hunter 4, that game has so many non wyvern/dragon monster is so refreshing.

Its crazy that Tetsucabra didnt make it into Rise/Sunbreak. He was perfect for the Japanese themed Rise with his sumo wrester themes design. Especially considering the fact that theres a baby tetsu in the hub of Kamura.
He's IS the mount of the Guild master in the camp in sunbreak, it's a baby
And zamtrios with the zamite and yian kut ku in world i mean ther is already garuga why not kut ku and dalamadur i mean the vale is a dalamadur and then it is are even in world
he’s too feasible as a real creature for rise

@@darthjarjarbinks2480 Kut-Ku is a weak monster. Garuga at least is somewhat strong. Zamtrios is in the same boat as Kut-Ku
We got jebaited so hard in rise. there are zamite, jaggi and uroktor but no zamtrios, great jaggi and agnaktor. Feels bad man

Lol, i just wanted to put a nice music for monster hunter gen 2.
Gogmazios and Dalamadur were so fun and unique to fight against, also ukanlos and Akantor i mean to be honest ur top 10 was really good and i do share the same opinion not all but bringing back snake like monster (najarala) or insect ( seltas ) like would be really cool.
Also normalazing giant monster without theme being ancient or anything just one arena and a monster that is just gigantic is super fun.
Changing the nature of the monster would be intressting because having dragon and wyverne monsters is great but having some monster like Najarala Zamtrios or Nerscylla really helped the diversity of the bestiary, not that the monster in World are not diverse i mean we got Paolomou that was fun looking and the Val Hazak was really interesting in it's design despite the dragon like form.
Over all if i had to add some monster that u haven't said i would say :
- Seregios: was really unique in it's design and way to fight, having scales has weapon that he trows at u is cool
- Chameleos: i may be wrong thinking we haven't seen this monster since MH4 but i just think that having a monster that turn invisible is really intresting
- Nerscylla : despite hating spiders this monster was unique and had really cool moves and we need more insecte like monsters (i know spiders are not insect but u get the point )
- Gore Magala and all it's other form so Shagaru and Chaos : one of the monster that was the most scary and itimidating like the chaos form was really hard to fight and was scary as hell and the shagaru felt like fighting god it self (i just really love this monster not much to say)

In risw we got chameleos in title update while seregios and got and every version of it is in sunbreak, did i miss a point somewhere? But yeah nerscyalla is a really cool monster tho its place is replace by rakna kadaki

There are actually still a lot of monsters that are not in new gen system yet. If the devs knows what they should be doing, we shouldnt worry about monster variety in monster hunter wilds. It will be crazier if they could bring some frontier monsters as well.
For me there's 4 important points wilds needs to hit for me with the roaster,
1. Monsters that give variety
2. Have Massive monsters
3. Ones that pair well with the biomes we get
4. Needs to have Lagiacrus
So out of the monsters that haven't been in 5th gen this is my wishlist, obviously there are 5th gen and spin off monsters I'd want to return like deviljho

I am so glad someone understands my concern for not having enough massive monsters. Zorah magdaros had so much potential but it was done so poorly, lao shan lung is more fun to fight.
As for monster variety we in dire need of them. I heard some newcomers are saying another dragon looking monsters when they play world. Now looking back at monster hunter 4 ultimate, the monsters variety in this game is so well done.
@@kkacehstrive I think giant monsters even on the scale of Gammoth, Gravious, Duramboros, Akantor and ukanlos are just awe inspiring to have on a map and they themselves give variety, there are monsters that I think need a size decrease like nargacuga and Seregios, in general I want more monsters of various sizes rather then all being ruffly equal mass, I'd also love to see Lao shen lung and shen gorean just walking about in thr wild that would be so cool
Lagiacrus should mean underwater combat, because i just fought him in XX again and it really felt like a superficial attempt at translating some of his identity into the land phase, which was originally meant to be just a free damage oportunity when he's exhausted
@@athos9293totally agree man, lagiacrus peak gameplay is totally the underwater combat. Unless there is a total overhaul of its movesets, he is just not as good as the underwater version. I still remember how scary fighting him underwater for the very first time. I am one of those weirdo that actually really enjoy the underwater gameplay 😅

Lao Shan lung armor was perfect for rise Japanese theme. Sad that they didn’t bother to bring him back. The same goes for tetsucabra.
I also don't understand why they didn't bring him back in Rise. His Quest is basically a Rampage.
Quite a few of these showed up in Stories 2, theyre clearly in their minds, so here's hoping!
Bring Malfestio back!! his set was sooo cool and pretty unique fight with confusion and sleep
I'm not really familiar with older monsters, I had played 4 Ultimate on the 3DS, but I didn't get far and I only got really into Monster Hunter when World was released. But I really like huge monsters like Gammoth, Duramboros, Akantor & Ukanlos, this hulking beast theme really resonates with me so I'd like to see more monster like this.
Yeah, thats a major thing for older monster hunters, the moments we are fighting these giant beasts are a one of a kind experience which i think totally not enough back in world and rise. Probably lots of limitation were present back in world and rise, but wilds should have a lot of budget with world being capcom most successful game of all time
Ya Capcom struggled working with unreal at first it was why they didn't bring back insect monsters, no loading zones but the hardware couldn't support zones as big as they used to be on the newer graphics. They brought some bugs back in Rise and todays hardware won't have any issues with big zones!
i think najarala is pretty likely, seeing as they worked on lagiacrus in world they'll probably try to work on him again, so why not take that same serpentine skeleton and make najarala? it would probably be easier too since it doesnt need underwater combat like lagiacrus.
Its such a crime they didnt put gammoth in iceborne, i want to see a turfwar 😂
That was my expectation too, knowing the title is ice. Maybe gammoth skeleton was not working with well with world engine.

I did consider to make it shorter, but newcomers of mh series might have never seen these monsters so i gave few seconds so they could have a quick look at the monsters detail. I am gonna make them into 1 minute youtube shorts so veterans could get a quick refresher

Peco, Lagi, Jehn, Agnaktor, Dalamadur and Najarala were all great and fun. Snake monsters were a great addition in my opinion and I am sure Najarala would have fit into World. While from the current look of Wilds Jehn and Jaggi would also fit great so far and Peco...a monster that buffs monsters or yourself is a great idea

Imagine if Wilds had every single monster plus like 10%
If I have a top 5 Large Monsters that weren't in Gen 5 that I would like to see in Gen 6, not including Frontier Monsters or the like, it would be this:
1. Nibelsnarf (One of my favorite monsters to fight, as it is super unique, especially the feeding bomb mechanic)
2. Seltas Queen & Seltas (Both are in one entry, because you can't have one without the other, and is also a very unique fight)
3. Najarala (The only Snake Wyvern that is a Large monster, a category with only 2 monsters, not counting the subspecies)
4. Dalamadur (While the fight was a bit weird in MH4U, I feel the grander scale of Wilds could make this an interesting fight)
5. Gammoth (The only of the fated four to not be seen outside of 4th Gen, and also my favorite of the four)

Most of the new monsters usually will not appear in the next main game, unless MHWild is like MH4 that reworked many outdated monsters, they're definitely not forgotten, although yama tuskami is exception, it's just not that beloved. Every game has its giant monster, so its kind of impossible to see monster like lao shan long return, there will be new monster to fulfill their role. Lagiacrus may possibly return, but they need to rework underwater combat, since adding mount and three-dimensional environment in the game kind of solved the problem underwater originally intended to solve, most of the monster can interact with the 3D environment but not underwater, it's hard to using it to its full potential.
Bringing old unreworked monster should be a priority in my opinion, by doing so they will have those assets ready in the new RE engine and optimized for the next portable game after monster hunter wilds. I am still hoping that underwater combat to be reworked and make a return since many of the underwater monster becomes a pushover on land.
They better make up for the ones that were gyped out of these games and put them all in wilds. Well the big ones probably won’t happen
I really hope they bring back Yian Kut Ku and Plesioth, those two are my favorite mons

I did have a video talking about frontier monsters are quite likely to make an appearance in wilds, if you have time do check it out. The status in monster hunter game i think should be changed in my opinion, i am planning to make a video about it, so look forward to that.
Give me good ol Plesioth, along with its hip check stupid hit box so that younger generation understand how annoying that stupid thing is
Hopefully they prioritise these guys over putting the usual suspects in what seems like their 7th consecutive game. When rise and world are so easy for people to access (as opposed to the ds games) there is no excuse for prioritising those monsters over ones pc and current console players have never had the chance to fight

Hahaha i do like that monster too, pretending to be dead such a good monster when you are hunting it for the first time.
90% of these monsters that havent come back are either really boring design wise or super un-fun to fight...looking at YOU GYPCEROS.
Sure, that's why they need to add the modern game treatment for these monsters to make them more exciting to be engaged, especially gen 1 or 2 monsters. Silver and gold rath was super boring back in old game, but now they are super fun to fight, at least for me. Maybe something that they could do
Like lower rank monster could have more symbiosis relationship to each other.
@@kkacehstrive If they changed up the movesets id be down for it. Gypceros was really just Yian Kut-Ku but with an even MORE annoying gimmick in his fricking flash bangs. Maybe make it so flash bangs don't effect you if your character is turned away from the monster? And then the High-Rank/Deviant could take advantage of that by psyching you out and then attacking you while your back is turned.

Well i did put out my top 10 monsters at the end with some of the gameplay highlighting why those monsters are my choice. The title is only all large monsters, not large monsters plus showcase 😂 . My potato laptop cannot handle such a long clips introducing each monsters. If you want I can work on each monsters one by one and dedicated a short discussion around them. But that will take a little bit of time

None of them are in. Tetsu is pretty much replaced by tetranodon, gravios isnt in only basarios, and nerscylla is replaced pretty much by rakna
