The difference between his recipes and others, is that he truly cooks with love. It’s all about the details in cooking, and everything needs to be adjusted to fit the taste of those your feeding :)
I tried this filling with a Rice Krispie and chocolate crust. I just folded the Rice Krispies in a melted butter, milk chocolate and dark chocolate combo. And it was amazing!

When he's really mad at someone, he gives them slightly less whipped cream on their peanut butter pie. (But he gives them extra chocolate drizzle, because he feels guilty about shortchanging them on the whipped cream.)

My family has made this recipe for at least 20 years and it is always a hit at every family gathering. We personally prefer an Oreo or chocolate cookie pie crust but this looked really good too! We just started adding a layer of whipped cream on top in the past couple of years and it really does make a big difference. One of my all time favorite desserts and stays good for several days after you make it if you even have leftovers. 😂

I just made this yesterday! It turned out fabulous! It’s a Beautiful pie, with a balanced peanut butter flavor, and dense substantial texture. I made it almost the same, except i piped cool whip on top instead of real whipped cream, and I made a graham cracker crust like I usually make for key lime pie. Drizzled on melted chocolate chips, and peanuts dipped in chocolate, which I hardened in the freezer for a few minutes. Thank you for posting this great recipe and video! 💗

Made this for Christmas Eve. It was amazing. Only change was reducing to only 1 cup of heavy whip cream for topping.. Comments included it should be entered into a contest, delicious and I don't even like peanut butter and love this pie.. Thanks for the recipe!

I love this recipe. Its very similar to one I make. The main differences are Oreo crust and instead of whipped cream on top I make chocolate ganache and put a thin layer of it over the top! Yum

True about fresh whipped cream. Whipped cream weeps if it sits for more than a few hours, and like butter, it tends to absorb fridge odors, even if it's well covered.
Tip for peanut butter, honey, corn syrup, mayonnaise, etc.: Spray the measuring cup (or tablespoon) with oil.🙂
Definitely fresh homemade whipped cream!! Love it!! Would prefer the chocolate graham craker crust or oreo crust!! Definitely will try your flaky pie crust recipe! ❤ Thank you John!!🤗☺️
