Fun fact, I made this in a 9x9 cake pan bc it was easier to get to. Worked out great!

I made this pie yesterday exactly by the recipe and it is WONDERFUL!!! I actually can't think of a perfect word. Easy to make, ingredients most will have on hand, not too sweet, perfect consistency. Excellent. It is going into my "Tried and True" folder.
I make 3 for every bbq or family reunion. My 2 Aunts take 1 each and the other is up for bids. The first time I made one my Aunt took a piece then went and took the rest of the pie and put it in her car to take home.
