Very cool video. It’s amazing how you can hear the tires breaking loose since your driving the rental at its limit. The pro kart so smooth. Pretty good rental kart that track looks like a blast.
Cool video with a nice comparison. I've gotten into prokarts about 3 years ago. After racing rentals for some years. Finaly got some mates together and we split the cost of racing. Makes it quite affordable and all very much more serious. A lot of driving for the money (and also a lot of working the spanners - which I like to do).
That's nice to hear! Which team do you race with? What's your also favorite track for prokarts?
@@kartingtips I'm in The Netherlands and we race with our own team called Scuderia Panda. We race in the Dutch championship Prokart Nederland.
Favorite track: Berghem or Venray
the only facts i needed to know is that the pro kart is about 2 turns ahead of the rental after a few corners 😂
Hello, very good video ! It could be interesting to make a video comparing a fully setup kart and a non-setup one on the same track in order to see the effect of setup !

I'm not going to lie that rental kart time is slow, I saw someone driving 1m 10.5s last week at PFI
Is a rental kart good to start because I’m going to start at PFI later this year?
Rentals are perfect to get lots of laps in but in the future look to do some owner karting especially at PFI because that’s an owner kart track.

You should try tracks in UAE. Especially dubai Kartdrome i do professional karting championship there
I actually did SWS Junior at Dubai Kartdome during 2016 & 2017. It was so much fun and I learnt a lot from those races. After that the blockade hit so I did races in Oman. Now things are back to normal I hope to do a UAE track tour in the near future! Which team are you with? And which tracks are your favorite in UAE?
I went several times at Yas kartzone and it was purely awesome, especially during summer because the track is so slippery!
I would have tried Al Forsan, but unfortunately I didn't have enough time to spend...

It’s about 8 seasons
that’s way better than the track around me, there is only one go kart track within 3 hours of driving, and it’s $40 for 30 minutes of driving
