I do not see curvature under the Geometry Options...it's just bevel depth, hole bevel depth and extrusion depth...

Pre-compose the shape layer, and make that pre-composed layer a 3D layer. You should then see the curvature option. Leaving this comment here for future visitors.

My friend, I appreciate the tutorial, but next time be more clear. It seems like you're doing the tutorial without a clear pathway to follow, which is more confusing for the viewer.
