If you’re working for a company where there is absolutely no option to delegate tasks, and you are at full capacity, then communicating to managers and other staff members that you are at full capacity and implementing stronger boundaries where you can could help. What meetings do you attend that don’t really require your presence, what actions or to do’s are you doing daily that are not a priority or are having little to no impact. Evaluating where you spend your time and structuring your day and tasks around priorities can help a lot. I hope this helps 😊
