      Thank you for your comment. If you’re working for a company where there is absolutely no option to delegate tasks, and you are at full capacity, then communicating to managers and other staff members that you are at full capacity and implementing stronger boundaries where you can could help. What meetings do you attend that don’t really require your presence, what actions or to do’s are you doing daily that are not a priority or are having little to no impact. Evaluating where you spend your time and structuring your day and tasks around priorities can help a lot. I hope this helps 😊

    Lived in the countryside all my life, I moved to the city in 2010 of September. In less than 5 months I started experiencing irregular bowel movements. changed my diet, did exams, eliminated food to the point where I looked like a twig, complex carbs as well as refind carbs, i went vegan, vegetarian, no progress. I started noticing years after, that evertime i'd visit the countryside, my bowel movements improved and I had no constipation issues and it became clear that I can eat anything when I'm there. I just couldn't put my finger on it. This has been going on for 14 years

    "Act upon your intuitive feelings." "Direct your attention from your thoughts and into your body." What I learned on how to trust MY intuition is HOW I LISTEN to my BODY. It directs me on what actions to do next CONTRARY to what my thoughts are telling me. And MY intuition NEVER goes wrong. Thanks for the validation!

    "Make a compelling vision for yourself." "Let go and be kind to yourself." These I believe most! I've been recovering from burnout for more than a year now which is more complicated than anybody's else is. I can see the light now at the end of th tunnel where the surface I still have to reach. My goal, upon leaving burnout and passing through all the traumas in my life, is to create a MINIMALIST home and life, through the end of the year especially before Christmas and have a clean slate for the New Year 2025. I will use these principles in achieving my goal and creating the remaining chapters of my life. If you care to know, I'm 61. Thanks for your channel, Mesdames! Be blessed, as in, God blesses you more. Continue to be a blessing to others!

    I feel like it’d take a year of living alone in the woods to possibly recover. I was burned out bad from 7 years of a nonstop, toxic job. I broke. I was sobbing uncontrollably at my primary doctor office. I got on Zoloft and ended up finding a much better employer. After a couple years I got off the SSRIs. It killed my sex drive. I’m a couple years off and now have three young kids. The burnout is coming back. I’m stressed and irritable. I bet it feels a lot like this when someone has a traumatic brain injury. It’s like my brain capacity is restricted. I have no patience, have bad word recall etc.

      I’m sorry to hear that you’re struggling again. We’ve had a similar experience and also went through repetitive burnout until we got to and healed the root cause of it which for us was our foundational beliefs about our worth and work, along with certain behaviours and mindsets that kept us feeling overburdened with responsibilities and unable to slow down. I hope some of these videos are able to help you get to the root cause of your burnout and help you find strategies to build a more balanced lifestyle and way of being.     Can you get burnout from certain events or is that depression. The last 2 years have been emotionally heavy with the loss of 2 grandfather's and my dad. There has also been a lot of stress in the family business with my sister leaving, her breaking with the family... It's been a lot and now that my partner is thinking about breaking up with me I just feel exhausted and dizzy. Can't sleep at night so then as soon as I get home from work I just sleep. I cry a lot. I don't know what this is

You have and are going through a lot and a lot of life changes, there is a lot for you to process so I would suggest being patient with yourself and your healing and have so much compassion for yourself and what you are going through, trust your body knows how to heal from this and life is supporting you in the best possible way even if it doesn’t seem like it. And if necessary speak to someone you can trust and feel safe with to help you process everything and go through this difficult time ❤️

      @JosephineDeSmet It could be either, both of these have very similar and overlapping symptoms. The ultimate solution however can be the same in many circumstances, to have patience, rest, process your emotion in healthy ways and adopt other healing strategies that work for you and make you feel better

    I have been burnt out for 2 years the do tors said I'm fine and no one is helping me and I only work part time and I feel still it's burn out depression I have a therapist and med management women I'm still not doing well I'm so upset and frustrated I sleep 10hrs sometimes more a day it's bad what do I do?     This video is brilliant, really helpful! The most talked about kind of burnout is number 2, which I never really identified with since I'm not prone to working more than my agreed hours.       Another very good video. I'm surprised you don't have more views/interactions given the quality content of your videos. Hopefully in time your channel will reach a wider audience who can benefit from your advice. Your experiences and recovery are very similar to my own and its a comfort to know what it was and that others have gone through it (although I wouldn't wish it on anybody) Burn out is no joke, for anybody that hasn't had it they could well be forgiven for believing its just a feeling of exhaustion etc but it's probably closer to a full mind/body breakdown induced by stress and exhaustion. I can't remember ever feeling so physically ill , depleted and then the feelings of intense fear and anxiety of which you spoke about and a terrifying feeling of if I'd ever be right again, especially given that I had a family to support. I'd just like to say to anyone else reading this that might be going through something similar that 7 months later I am pretty much back to myself but it wouldn't of happened if I hadn't made the necessary changes required (see this channels vids) It's almost like a life lesson going through a burnout on reflection and I'm gratefull (to a degree😂) for it given that now my life style is far healthier and balanced allowing me more time to do things i want (which includes guilt free relaxing) and spend time with people close to me than I would have if I hadn't of gone through it.
