- So people have asked for some build guides so here we go, starting off with Wilhelm we have a guide on to be an unstoppable force of death and destruction.

Question Bahroo: I used this kit but I keep getting killed by the 6 same enemies: a turret using soldier, a magic woman, a cyber schoolgirl, an angry mexican midget, some robot ninja alien,and a raging bandit screaming about poop trains and meat bicycles.
Should I respec?

You know that basically borderlands logic in a nutshell but using a rocket directly at his face should work even better or do what jack did and weaken him with some kind of poison

The 3ddi.e is reference (correct me if I'm wrong) to fallout new Vegas where u can get a eye bot (a robot that shoot lasers etc.) Named eddie that beeps like the Oz kit does and is very protective of your player make since now
So to start the day off lets get a nice Wilhelm build going! This build I have for you all is what I use to basically kill everything with little to no trouble at all and a heavy focus on lasers. Leave a comment on the next character but I have a feeling you all want Nisha! :D

I think 3DD1.E is supposed to be "Eddie".

"3DD1.E" is a reference to ED-E, a robotic companion in Fallout: New Vegas.
The laser I use is the Ol Rosie. Dat 518% continuous damage bonus. Mmm! Once it gets rolling it'll do around 80k crits. I just use a Master Blaster com, Juggernaut O2, and Adaptive shield (all grapes). With all the damage gear you've got, it would probably be broken as fuck like the Shooting Star lol.
The 3DD1.E, might be a reference to the Fallout New Vegas robot companion ED-E.

Interesting to me how you can make an unkillable build without touching Saint's tree...very cool! Wilhelm is proving more and more interesting...I think all of the flak is from Axton's puny turrets in BL2

Like every other system on the spaceship, it has a Sirius Cybernetics
Corporation Genuine People Personality. Thus, Eddie is over-excitable,
quite talkative, over-enthused and extremely ingratiating, or
alternatively a coddling, school matron-type as a back-up personality.
Shipboard networking interconnects Eddie with everything on the Heart of Gold; at one point, the whole ship is effectively crippled by Arthur Dent's request for tea from the Nutrimatic drinks dispenser; the computation of which nearly crashed Eddie and everything connected to him.
On one occasion when certain destruction seems quite imminent, Eddie sings "You'll Never Walk Alone" in a particularly cheesy and upbeat tone."
Admiral you are the Borderlands player that I've seen. Your videos are way better than any other youtube I've seen. Keep these pumping out.
I just want to put it out there that this video is why I chose Wilhelm from the git go. Absolute mayhem. Got wolf up to round 70 stacks of rolling thunder and he just one shots ppl. Ty bahroo keep the content flowing my man

This makes me really want to try out Wilhelm. All of the characters are so good in this game I am having a hard time picking just one!
3DD1.E is a New Vegas reference. I probably wouldn't have realized it if it weren't for the red text and the description. In any case, it's definitely one of the best Oz kits in the game
Also, I'd rather dump those three points into Scramble, Power Fist and and Auxiliary Tanks. But whatever floats your boat, really.
That's not actually true.
Eddie is a small robot created by Dr. Light that essentially functions as a walking suitcase. First appearing in Mega Man 4, Eddie's job is to provide Mega Man support items in the field and appears halfway through a stage to deliver Mega Man a random item such as a health ball, weapon energy or an extra life. Eddie also has jets in his back for flight and in Mega Man 8 he can offer fire support to Mega Man during scrolling shooter sections of the game by throwing bombs out of the top of his head.
ED-E from New Vegas was a rip off of Eddie.

The relic is a reference to ED-E, who was an experimental eyebot who had a personality matrix and would heal you and repair your items in Fallout: New Vegas.
The o2 kit is referencing ED-E from Fallout New Vegas. He was this little floating robot that could follow the player, he shot lasers and spoke in beeps and boops. Arguably he was one of the best companions since he offered numerous services to the player (that other followers could not), was fairly decent in a fight, and you can get him almost immediately after starting the game.

dive bomber also good and that floater point of yours. left skill tree ability that give you a second one for free is great especially with ur set up for bosses

Hadn't really looked too deep into the left and middle skill trees, I put a lot of mine so far into the right to get the Termination Protocols skill. Definitely considering changing the whole thing and going down the middle

You should have the Rosie laser from the final story mission of TVHM. It's continuous damage bonus is double that of the typical Maliwan versions. For any laser build this gun is a beast.
p.s. you did an awesome job with Wolf at the end there. You almost destroyed the entire map using a single Wolf launch.
OK, just watched an ad from Ruffles and I have to say it was awkwardly funny lol
I believe the oz kit is a fallout reference at the bottom it said very protective of its owner and in fallout there was a robot you could repair named ED-E who as a companion protected you

Hey Admiral Bahroo there's a glitch that Wilhelm has that's kinda like Mayas scorn glitch. If u rapidly click the melee button while Wilhelm has his cybernetic arm he will punch more than one time
Bahroo you can get a Gwens head from hanging box when you enter the titan industrial facilty from the entrance of the production plant
Awesome build Bahroo, I used both your Krieg builds exclusively, and they totally kicked ass. Right now I'm using your first Wilhelm build since I'm low level at the moment, but as soon as I get higher in points I'm switching to this. Question: With this build, where should I concentrate putting my Badass rank points? Keep up the great work!
I'd still use the Bulwark for the laser damage, but bullet absorb shields do absorb lasers. Granted I haven't tried it with the sham in specific, but Kala and blue/purple absorb shields have all been absorbing lasers for me. So i can only assume the Sham does as well. You don't have to take my word for it, it's easy to test. Just use some laser ammo, throw on a bullet absorb shield then run through some enemies just watching for your laser ammo to come back/laser ammo icon to show up by the shield when it absorbs.

Isn't that Oz kit a reference from a Fallout New Vegas? There is a companion called ED-E who everyone calls Eddie. It's a flying robot, all it makes a beeping sounds, shoots lazers, it was extual an experiment that was cancelled, it warns you every time when enemies are nearby so like kind of protective of its owner and if you complete a dlc in Fallout, it can repair your gear and occasionally give you ammo

Apparently, the bonus laser damage from the Bulwark and 3ddi.3 is currently bugged and doesn't work at all. So until they fix it the better Oz kit for damage would be the Support Relay.
I forgot to mention that I did this while in a friends game. Haven't seen anyone talk about it so I thought i would let u know Admiral Bahroo
Good build. But yah, I would definitely put at least 1 point in to Auxilary Tanks. Combined with your buffs, this will seriously help your Wolf up-times.
When will you be doing a Claptrap build? As much as everyone hates home I find him the most enjoyable due to the randomness and just overall chaos that can happen with him and I would love to see what sort of build you would put up.
Gun Show is a net 15% PER POINT dps boost. Has a little bit of a skill cap, given it's split among things like accuracy and reload, but it still winds up being 5 skill points for a total of /75/ stat points, ALWAYS ON.
the 3DD1.3 is a reference to Eddie from Megaman. Eddie would drop extra lives if you found him and has a similar color to the Oz kit.
I thought "Eddie" might be a reference to the sentient ship's computer on the infinity drive ship in Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
Wilhelm is a badass I put most points in Dreadnought and rest in cyber commando he is such a life saver especially in groups with saints op area heal and wolfs good damage
It's better to up all his trees midway and dread aight all the way

I've made a different skill for my Wilhelm. He is now a supporter and still a killer.
i know melee athena is OP, but her elemental skill tree is awesome too. i've gotten ~700 maelstrom stacks using the Storm Front and a shock ol' Rosie.

There have been reports of people not getting laser damage from 3DD.1 and the Bulwark. But still needs to be tested
Not sure why but i see this as more of a mob clearing type of build. While your other build you talked about before with dreadnaught is more of being the tank for raid bosses and what not. Even though that bomb skill in the dreadnaught tree is useless as hell XD. Seen what it does and i switched it out for something else. but still an amazing build!
It's a safe bet that the 3DD1.E is a reference to 'Eddie', an item transportation robot from the Megaman series.

How did you get a lvl 50 bulwark? Did you find it in a vending machine?
So with the 3 major pieces being the shield, oz kit and class mod, will you be doing a guide on where to get them? I know the shield is from Zarpedon, but where do you get celestial class mods?

The Oz kit drops from the Claptrap dalek mob you build in the quest 'Eridicate'. It's one time only though, so you will have to alt+f4 farm it
gabsdouglas Yeah I got the ZX whatever, the homing laser rifle from Zarpedon and a legendary gladiator skin.

Don't like the lack of cybernetic upgrades, but I think I can work with this build

I had my divert power skill glitch during sentinel fight, so my shield never got lower than 5/6 capacity, so yeah, unkillable is an understatement lol

Why not touch the dreadnought? The explosion when you lost time on your second is the best! Kill five guys get a second win, get down kill five guys get a second win and so forth.
I have a few questions.
1. Where did you get that Laser(Shock) from?
2. Where did you get the class mod from?
2. I found Omega strike useful, why didnt you?

Yeah in BL2 its mostly loaders meaning *GREEN* damage and in BLTPS *ORANGE* and *WHITE* damage is much more effective
Differently take the 3 points out of First to Fight, put 1 point into Scramble (wolf will die on bosses), Kill switch, and as you alrdy know Auxiliary Tanks.
quick question why do you have a fire lazer? fire seems to stink in this one bc 1/2 the time you cant ignite people, is there a reason for fire?
Not so sure about Cold War. At best, you'll have 50~% to apply a status effect, which means only a 12-13% to freeze for 5 skills points. Might be good with Storm Front, though.
I got the 3DD1.E Oz kit by killing CL4P-LEK on the Eradicate mission from the bounty board in Jack's Office
RNG gods blessed me a bit and I was able to get the 3DD1.E from a vendor on Helios. Granted it's not a level 50, but neither am I.

I've been using this build but according to tests done by some people on the forums, the Bulwark and Oz Kit are both bugged and DO NOT increase laser damage. This spec will be even more ridiculous when they're fixed.

axsilery tanks is actuly preportional and incresses the come back duration from laser pointer

7.7 seconds per kill of laser pointer, so 2 kills will give you 3 stacks of rolling thunder

Hey Bahroo, awesome vid but how do you skill sections in the skill tree. You jump to the next part of the tree while having the previous necessary part grayed out.
you could take 1 point from cryo to put in that other skill, since it will diminish by 5% but since you are using laser, it wount really make that much of a diference...
