Money is power is one of those frustrating kills that makes you be especially careful not to die or use it up (much like Gaiges anarchy). I was on 350 stacks when Tony Slows made me pay $10 to tour his junk collection, I did not feel bad about killing him.

Bahroo, is it possible to add the Pre-Sequel characters/items into Borderlands 2? I like Bl2 a lot more but I think TPS has more interesting skill trees.

Yet again, another great video and useful since I started playing as Handsome Jack myself.
Thanks for the save file! Saves me from having to go through the game another 2 times to spec into a maxed out Jack.
Such a unique skill tree even though the story is average I do prefer the classes in the pre sequel and playing with a friend who is the baroness is pretty awesome the whole contract thing we need more skills that synergize other people in borderlands 3.

My jack storyline is glitched at the part where my quest "discover crisis scar" is check but I can't talk to the red clap trap or pass the "arggg" metal door to get to red and belly. Do anyone know how I can fix this?
I had a similar problem had to join a friend on his play through so it progressed when he did
I don't agree with skipping Company Man. Celestial Doppelganger, 3DD1.E, Bulwark, Quasar, and that's +40% crit with reasonable gear. And +10% crit damage for only using Celestial Doppelganger is still better than the alternatives in that tree.

Handsome Jack looks like so much fun to play.
He really is nice to play but if you dont havent bought him just stick with nisha both can fuck up everything in the game
He is fun. Him Nisha and Wilhelm are my top 3 favorite characters to use. Athena is pretty good as well.
I was breezing through the game with a decent build using the green tree and my digi jacks 24/7 but when I reached the RK5 boss fight I died waaaaaaaay too many times. I think this build is gonna be my main doppelganger build
It'd be nice if ya demonstrated on how powerful the "Money is Power"-skill is by first doing a run on the raid boss with zero stacks and then doing a run with full stacks.
Also, considering that the DPS a Jack can deal with a build like this wouldn't it be better to use Vibra-Pulse for mobbing? Don't think you need the Rosie's damage on mobs so you might as well be damaging several mobs instead of just one at a time.
With money is power and a badaboom you can easily 1 shot Irwjira (I can't spell his name sorry) that's how powerful it is, otherwise just imagine all the enemies he's killing die 2.5 times faster.

I would take compound interest over incentives. If you are using double Maliwan weapons, the elemental damage (should) also contribute to the explosion damage caused by compound interest. Other than that, it is already stated that you don't need rate of fire and a bit more explosion damage isn't necessarily a bad thing (especially if you keep shooting an enemy for a few seconds before swapping the weapon)
Note: All of his builds so far -> use the rosie and it doesn't matter past that point...
I agree, it gets repetitive. I play him with Vladolf anarchists and the Viral Marketeer.
I agree. even tho the Rosie is pretty much the best weapon in the game, I don't think having 5 builds that all use it is fun. I use a vladof anarchist and shreddifier. Swapping between those + some of jacks other skills allows for insane fire rate.
I like the variety i mean i have a rosie, but I use a blue CEO of all CEOs mod (+6 Absolute Advantage +5 Synergy) With a similar skill build. And I use a rosie -> jakob's quad -> vladof droog -> (other as rosie does everything without bonuses, so i pick something that benefits from RoF like a hyperion quad or mining laser/excalibastard, hyperion sponsor somewhat makes up for lack of celestial). The idea is to have a bunch of powerhouse weapons that are limited by blowing through their magazines, and go through long chains of not using ammo. Which frees me up to using some hyperion gear for company man (The grenades for free reload is less useful when you have an 88% chance to not consume ammo, while +40/50% crit is huge on the shotties/droog)
If he ever makes a Clap-Trap build, the Rosie is not required. If you are doing a Boomtrap/Fragmented Fragtrap with a few points into Maniacal Laughter.
The Endangered Spy Crab Indeed, Claptrap is the most OP char so far, it's so easy to explode yourself like a rainbow and gain health doing that ^^

While watching this video I was playing as Jack and I fast traveled to triton flats, check the health vendor, saw a celestial doppelganger. WOW. I was a able to buy luckily.

No its level 22 at the time. To buy it I did the duping glitch and sold the duped weapons for money. I had to because I found a Fragnum in a vendor and i could not buy it... crap.
Jack is so good with kill skills. You can finally use them effectively in a boss fight!

Bahroo, but Potential is useful if you are in "Fight for your life" so you can revive yourself. And is only on point.
Is there a reason you prefer that OzKit over 3DDI.E ? Figured the Flat laser dmg bonus would have been better. And maybe even a Prismatic Bulwalk.

Btw in the Captain Scarlett dlc boss loot room there are Guardian statues (from Bl the pre-sequel)

Not even relevant... Also the Guardians were introduced in the first game, not the Pre-Sequel and the statue model that is used in the Leviathan's Lair is re-used from the Vault of the Warrior. Stop talking about things you don't know about, it makes you look stupid.

Bahroo you've done a build video for everyone but claptrap? Can you please show us your claptrap build?
There are so much good clappy build it's hard to choose only one I think x) Personnaly, I play mainly left tree, with just fuzzy logic and the defensive skill of the right tree, then I finish with just enought point in the middle tree to get the Gun Wizard, ultimate ammo regen at my eyes. You can easily do bosses without even being in Fight for your Life mode, and you don't need legendary or specific stuff to do so, even alone.
I went with Boomtrap and Fragmented Fragtrap. Absolutely love it. But Tediore Reload is probably the best Claptrap build.
I hate claptrap.

I'd hardly call the Rosie/Celestial Doppelganger combo a railgun. It's more of a multi-element flamethrower at that point with more range.
He was talking about the accuracy. Railguns in this game have 100% accuracy.

that sheild you got,
i have you got my sheild, so and that one skill (forget its name) that makes jacks stronger as they stay alive,
he at 50% (around) health regens at the same rate that he loses health, so it just gets closer to 50% and he lives forever. and he is a baddass jack, that does more and more damage
but getting from point a to point b is a pain but the eanmys wont last long

I recently finished a doppleganger run, but I was just going into the "Hero of this Story" tree, but now i might switch them to red or green becuase i cant have both yet.

David Botelho similar to how a fire damage pops up when you swap from a fire Maliwan to a different weapon, when you do it with the E-Gun, a non-elemental (white) damage number will pop up. In that case it's just a +25% normal damage bonus

***** well the damage from the E-Gun doesn't turn into fire damage. The E-Gun's damage stays the same but you get an additional fire damage of 25% of the E-Gun's damage. So if you shoot an enemy with the E-Gun, two numbers will pop up, E-Gun's normal damage and fire damage that's equal to 25% of that.
and here I thought free entreprise wasn't all that. ill stick with my hero tree though.

You can respec at a quick change.
Um Bahroo Compound Interest does ALOT it's probably the most powerful skill that can cause the most damage if you tag enemies with one weapon and wait just a little and switch to another gun and shoot them it will obliterate them!!! MorninAfterKill also uses it. I can pretty much take badasses down easily with compound interest

I must say that when you do your builds and game play id be awesome to see you test it out on some hard end game bosses as well, instead of just reletivly easy grunts

Why not the 3DD1.E? It would probably do better damage with the laser buff now that they hotfixed it, as well as being your best friend and loving you.
And allowing you to do crazy things, like killing a level 52 Iwajira as a level 47 Athena with outleveled gear that isn't specifically tailored to your build.
Those bastards!! I had an idea of a Vault hunter and his action skill is called "Sponsored by", a roulette wheel is spun with manufacturers names, when one is selected his gun stats modify to that manufacturer and if you have a class mod on the chance for that manufacturer to be chosen

im not sure how i did it but i found a weapon glitch.
you know in borderlands 2 you could give weapons unique abilities to other gun, well i found it in pre sequel.
some how i gave my E-Gun moxxi's vibe lazer jump effect(where it does damage to closeby enemies) not sure if i got the heal effect and i gave the Fatal(ice bitch) the effect of Marek's Mouth(all elements).
trying to find out how i did it all i did was put marek gun in my hands then switch to the fatal
Whats the point of specing into the weapon swap/High Freq. Trading if you don't ever swap weapons? Couldn't that be used in a better place then?
Is there any builds based around the skill "Here have my sheild"? Because the skill with the supernova and a probe is awesome. Running around having the Digi-Jacks setting of novas as they die causing pure face-meltage. Any responses would be greatly appreciated.

I have never used or even seen a Rosie in my game play. How are you getting the infinite ammo you mentioned? Is it inherent to the Rosie? I didnt see any skills that granted that (unless I missed something obvious?) Anyone have some info for me?
Brian Houghton Its a kill skill, when you kill an enemy you have a chance not to consume ammo. Thorny Ol' Rosie is the mission reward on TVHM and UVHM, on NVHM you won't get it. Yes let's say if you have two Maliwan weapons, it'll do 25% of the elemental damage. So, example a shock Rosie and switch it out to another Maliwan you'll have both elements but one element would by 25% damage.

Gibbed, I watched him stream as he tried out builds and I'm pretty sure that's what he was using, he kept save and quitting and when he loaded jack again he would have a new/differently parted gun/class mod/grenade/oz kit

I know this is late and you might not read this, but i got the Handsome collection on the ps4. How is Jack as a class? is he fun? I've only played Wilhelm (26) and Athene (15) but so far i don't like her that much.
jack can solo pretty much anything cus doppelgangers deal a crap ton of damage he is a really good character

I only speced into greater good and hero of this story and kill everthing within 1or 2 seconds and i focused on my digi jack i killed sentinel within 4 min :)
The scav bonus in Sponsored by... works great as a guick reload for those really long reload weapons swap to a scav weapon and swap back to whatever your using
