I would spec into the grenade reload thing and use the purple CEO class mod because if you have the glitch affect active and you reload you lose it, but if you throw a grenade and get your magazine filled from the grenade, you don't lose it.

Yo I am unable to reply to you but this is MY build I use for jack. This is how I play it and people wanted a build guide for it. This build can be used with pretty much any gun that consumes ammo but the bread and butter is the Quad. Also I found 3-4 of those guns during my Claptrap Playthrough so finding them is not hard. :)

So a nice variant for this is to pick up Marginal Benefits, with which you can keep your glitches going by tossing a grenade before you hit 0 ammo in the mag. Glitches eventually do go away without reloading, and do go away if you hit 0 ammo regardless of whether you avoid a reload animation or not, but I found this an excellent way to keep the butcher proc going long past the point the enemies stopped finding it funny.
That moment when you feel pretty good because you played your Jack pretty much the same way as Bahroo :3

i don't think they thought this skill out when you put a class mod on that adds 6 points into the thing. Like 40% chance is good but not op, but 88% ya they didn't even test this skill enough because if they did it wouldn't have made it into release

This build kicks MAJOR ASS! Thanks so much! I've spent the better part of the last month leveling up my Doppelganger that I haven't touched in nearly 3 years and I finally have everything spec'd out more or less the way you have it here. The Glitched Quad I got from the Grinder isn't perfect, as it came out with the 'Barbed' prefix and has O4L4M4A4 as its glitch code, but everything else is more or less exactly as you depict it in your video.
I couldn't believe how quickly I tore through both ECLIPSE and EOS, and farming him for Legendaries now seems 100% viable. You are truly a credit to the Borderlands community, and I very much look forward to all your videos when BL3 is inevitably released. Keep up the good work!

Honestly just get a macro that every time you click that button it uses that button "x" number of times, Bahroo did it with scorn and it worked well

I use this build with the luck cannon, 5/5 in Company man and Indistinguishable projection with +6 in AA and +5 in company man. Best was 32 consecutive shots, 3 money Shot crits kill even The biggest badasses, 5 money crits will put down eos shield. Makes even better use of it than nisha xD
And i have 7 hyperion Parts in my loadout^^
Sure your build is better from a dps point of view, but i just love it with a luck cannon^^ you should try it^^

are you kidding me? he had like 30 stacks of money is power, if you have 999 on a build that isn't this overpowered otherwise, you can kill EOS in a matter of seconds. I know this is two years old, but sometimes the power of that skill just baffles me.

So I finally, FINALLY!!!!!, got everything I need for this build:3 Took forever, but yeah. Only one issue, and like you said Bahroo it's not that important at all. My stock on the quad isnt Hyperion, it's jakobs. Like you said, not that important.

What about using the Blue Projection Class Mod instead of the Ceo? You get 50% hyperion gun damage as well as +5 into company man, meaning you can get 120% extra crit if you have 6 hyperion weapons

Try a pure digi jack build build based on buffing your jacks that's broken as FUK too

Is a well kept quad a good alt it has O4L4M4A4? I'm going to try this build but I will MiS my digi jacks insta killing everything my fav build is Eddie with bulwark and either a Rosie or glitched laser with celestial doppleganger i use lasers and jacks to kill everything so much fun. Ty for build

Although I love Bahroo's content, here is some constructive criticism:
There are some issues with the build regarding some of the skills in combination with the Quad, which lead to the fact that it isn't "the most effective way to play Jack":
- Taxation of Trade Routes 5/5: 6:24 The Quad doesn't profit from it at all, since Jakobs guns have already high fire rates because you pull the trigger yourself
(- Thus no need for Commitment 1/1)
- Take their freedom 5/5: You say you want your DigiJacks to die as fast as possible. Kind of counter-productive, huh?
- ACCURACY: The Quad is a weapon with weak mag and accuracy. The mag problem is solved by Absolute Advantage but the accuracy? Look at 11:49 how many pellets failed to hit the target despite ADS. That's a major loss for the damage output
So how to solve these problems? Fully spec into skills which ONLY want your DigiJacks to die as fast as possible (Optimism, Delegation), get all the Kill Skills, get the Indistinguishable Projection COM +5 Absolute Advantage (you won't notice the -8%), +4 Company Man, +4 Synergy, get you equipped with Hyperion items (Quasar, Bulwark, Eddie) to increase that accuracy and your Quad will hit everything you want it to hit (Doc's prefix even makes that easier of the cost of -2 pellets). THIS is the most effective way to play Jack.
It's not +4 Synergy it's +4 Best foot Forward
Taxation of Trade Routes 5/5. It doesn't fire as fast as you can pull the trigger, it still has a fire rate cap, more fire rate works for Jakobs weapons.
Take their freedom 5/5: heals you too, and you need health.
Accuracy: Who need to be accurate when you spit out 20 pellets per trigger pull.
chachingboy1 Just search for the Deputy Jack build on the gearbox forums - Bahroo's is incredibly over powered but this is the true pique of Jack's potential. Also of course Taxation of Trade Routes works well, but not many people have/use click Macros.
chachingboy1 regarding the Accuracy.. well, let me tell you the fact that I do 1-2m dmg per shot and Bahroo only does max 300k?

Slight issue, I can't download it .-. I was going to download then convert but Vindictus stuff came up as if I wanted to load it as a save for that. So I uninstalled it now the application can't be found >.> Do I have to have TPS installed on my computer for it too even allow it to install? Because if so that freaking sucks...
I didn't expect it to download the game >.> I'm not an idiot. I was just astounded that a file wasn't download (Course It actually did, about 3 times, it just said it wasn't when it really did... Idk)
I'm pretty much using the same build except instead of a Quad I'm using a Hyperion Reactive Thinking, and instead of a sham I'm using a shield of ages, and instead of collaborate and commitment I'm using supply and demand and delegation respectively
Over the past few days I have been searching for a company man build (The skill not the gun) and all I keep comming across are builds like this one or badass jack builds. Even google can't seem to find a hyperion loyalist build for jack. I am looking to use a malawan in 1 slot but Hyperion in all others.
Theres a pistol you can get from round 1 of the dlc fight or whatever that works pretty well
Athena is pretty underused in my opinion, I main Athena with the Shield of Ages and with that skill that regens your shield when you do shock damage having more regen the more maelstrom you have, while doing shock damage your shield is VERY hard to take down, plus Aspis makes you take no damage from anything in front of you while it's activated, anything hitting Aspis regens my shield, Data Scrubbers strip enemy shields and regens mine. I never die, may not be able to out-damage Nisha, Jack or Claptrap but I can survive any hit and live extremely long, hardly ever go down fighting Eclipse and EOS.

This attack speed breakpoint on jakobs, I can't find anything about it anywhere. I know this is an old video, but can anyone explain this concept to me? Also, is there a way without mods to see your actual attack speed (after skills and such)?
In my opinion: Athena has 2 possibilities. Xiphos+Phalanx to the max for Melee, or Phalanx+Ceraunic Storm for face melting elemental damage.

Athena as a whole character benefit from more skill points then others it actually make her stronger then what she can do at lvl 50
Do you remember Zer0 melee at lvl 50 ? he was shitty
Then at lvl 72 he was OP AS FUCK just because combining more skills with his normal melee skills
( Athena of course dosen't benefit from more skill point for more melee bonuses like Zer0 but it benefit from more skill points for the elemental skills combined with the melee tree )

Abdulaziz Al Saif I really feel like the is the best at controlling the battlefield. Sure Nisha can crit everything faster than you can blink with 2 Lady Fists, Jack has a Quad Infinity, but Athena can melt face and never go down.

I even looked up the coding for gibbed to help me out but I would have to spawn every type just to find the one with +6

why do you use taxation of trade routes and Absolute advantage together? Wouldn't they cancel each other out? Trade Routes gives you low fire rate with low ammo while AA gives you free ammo. 11/5 on AA would pretty much wipe out Trade Routes. I would spec into Company Man 5/5 instead since you are stacked with Hyperion gear.

So, you don't get You Have My Shield because you want them to die more frequently, but pick up Take Their Freedom, which heals them, and don't pick up Optimism for the near-instant deaths after a short time.
Take Their Freedom also heals you, which is the main reason I use it and your only source of healing when you action skill is down. Optimism didn't seem to have much effect imo.

The only Banana Felicity does drop the Quasar, RK5 is supposed to drop the Sham but from what I hear the drop rate is bugged.
Well i dont know if the nukem is any good at lvl 70 but on lvl 40-50 you can kill EOS with the flakker-nukem glitch...

Fuck, I was thinking about posting a video on my jack build (even the btps is irrelevant now) and I come across this and it’s almost identical to what I have. But I prefer +6 to synergy instead, using a purge oz kit, and using a doc’s striker as my main go to weapon

Probably a dumb question but if I wanted to use the grinder to try for the glitched shotgun, what items should I put in it?
It's RNG just put 3 glitch guns in does not matter what type they are pistols shotguns it still gives a random glitch gun so don't spend hours trying to get 3 shotguns as it may be a shotgun but could come out as a pistol smg ar rocket launcher laser or sniper

Yes the max level for the pre sequel is 70, and there is 3 play throughs. (Normal,true vault, and ultimate vault hunter mode)

Why do the elemental effects of the lasers go into the shotgun if the weapons are switched?

A regular blue or purple quad with the rustlers or docs prefix is more than enough to wreck things up.

error code is exclusive to glitch guns that tells what effect it has and how often it can happen

You can but best damage is from the Grip, he said he will be doing Athena next.
I main Athena, Thunderfire is great, if you are having trouble killing Eclipse/EOS I use a shock glitch Maliwan laser shotgun that rips shields and a Viral Marketeer for his health, a good old Flakker always works on Eclipse and being Athena you can get close.
And for mobbing I use a Fire Cheatcode and various Shock and Fire guns.
