I mean progressivly trough the games the vault hunters have gotten stronger and stronger for the most part like compare bricks damge to kreigs side by side and its clear theres a power progresion so it would make sense for her to be easily killes by the borderlands 2 vault hunters and she waa running a whole town and had all the bandits scared of her in borderlands 2
She also had killed bricks dog and eveything and he couldnt do nothing abiut it without the help of the new vault hunters

There is certainly a way to get a level 50 rosie. You just need to be level 50 before you turn in the quest "Eye to Eye." Then the quest "The Beginning of the End" will scale to 50 as will the reward, the rosie.
Also the celestial class mod currently multiplies the skill instead of adding to it, so until that is fixed if you really want to be overpowered use it over all else.
3DD1.E is a far better oz kit than the purple one you showed. It fills your shields rather often, gives you ammo, and has a shock damage "spike" effect that hits melee attackers.

You're not right with the 50 Rosie. You CAN get a lvl 50 LEGITIMATELY! You just need to start the last mission "The beginning of the end" at level 50, and it will scale to level 50.
Except that it wont scale to lvl 50 in the first place. It's a story mission so it's fixed at 48..

I like putting a class mod that buffs quick shot, having an extra 60% gun damage and 70% fire rate just for reloading is great.

Bahroo, that one Boss stalker dude(Its like X-STLK-2-32 or something) in research and development drops Eridian Vanquisher class mods like crazy. And yes he is refarmable. Seriously, I'm not kidding. Go do it.

I used to be very heavy on the Fan the Hammer and Riflewoman skill trees at first, but I respec'd to Law & Order a shot and haven't looked back since. You get plenty of Order stacks from just fighting enemies, you don't even need to kill them to get fire rate, reload speed, gun damage, melee damage bonuses unlike the "kill skill" ones.
try using a tourge quad, with the freeze buff for explosives and crits added with the fact that most of your shots will crit because of tombstone , you can do pretty silly things like two shot iwajira
This is definitely a good build, but I would just put the point into the fan the hammer capstone and get any level 50 jakobs purple pistol with good parts and honestly you're just as effective as this. Especially when you consider the massive critical hit damage you can add up with this, along with tombstone. Enemies pretty much die in one hit after being in showdown for more than three seconds. That plus the ammo regen cocktail at moxxi's basically makes you able to just...fan the hammer. Especially if look down the sights of the first pistol to get real crits and then while it's reloading you use the other one to keep the damage going you're basically always firing, always killing. But to each their own. Good build, good video.
Rosie is the strongest weapon in the game. Even with all Crit Bonuses and possible DMG bonuses Jakob Pistols wont come close :P but its i also play with Pistols... style over dmg!!! and the 10 seconds more i need to kill the raidboss dont matter anyway x)
I like that that can do crazy shit like this with Nisha. 2K went for fun over balance and that just makes this game a joy to play. Given I'm not at end game yet so that could change.

I got lvl 50 rosie on Ps3. I leveled a claptrap to 50 then went through both playthroughs, it gave me a level 50 shock rosie. I was surprised and super fucking glad
i kept using the grinder for the legendary class mod and i could not get the 40% cool down or the 12.5 together but i got a 38% cool down and a. 11.5 health conversion so that should work just as good haha got all the same skills and such, now i gotta track down a few other things and beat tvhm. thanks for the awesome build bahroo! your videos are awesome
The only bad thing about Nisha is that her defense is not that good. She's basically immortal for a few seconds during Showdown with the Celestial Mod but after it runs out she's vulnerable to any simple attack, and she has to hide for a long time until you Showdown again. She's great for online 1 v 1 challenges but if you don't finish your opponent during Showdown you're a sitting duck. She's great during Showdown with the Flakker/Nukem combo but after she uses up her Showdown that combo is weak.
Jack, Wilhelm, Claptrap and Athena are great for survival. They are also great (actually better) for the Flakker/Nukem combo with the exception of Wilhelm. Jack and Claptrap are by far the best because they have skill trees that speed up your Weapon Swap. They can run around combo-ing everything easy with or without activating their special skill and getting high level of affect with the combo. Athena can do that same combo if her Maelstorm is well prepared and her Flakker/Nukem combo will swap super fast and do an insane amount of damage.
Jack is probably the best for survival because his clones regenerate him upon death, they absorb 25% of damage dealt to you onto them, they also activate Skill Kill abilities and they can revive him all while drawing attention away from you giving you time and space to heal your allies and do whatever attack you wish to unsuspecting enemies. Also Jack has probably the highest fire rate without the activation of the special skills (left bumper trigger), or Kill Skills meaning a good purple Vladof rifle in Jack's hands is just as fast or faster than a Legendary Vladof Shredifier in the hands of another character.
ReachBlows Dick Lvl 70 Celestial Lawbringer makes 12 seconds cd into 6 seconds cd. "Long time"
And if the room isnt dead after 1-2 showdowns ur playing Nisha wrong.
Kserijaro Killing normal bad guys or badasses is easy with Nisha, its the raid bosses where she's a sitting duck. Unless you can kill raid bosses in 1-2 Showdowns you're going to have a tough time surviving. Unless you got a ton of regenerating weapons otherwise Jack can survive a hell of a lot more than anyone besides Athena since he regenerates easily and you can just concentrate with his fast swaps which makes his Flakker/Nukem combo a raid boss killer.
I don't see many people killing EOS easily with Nisha, even with many Showdowns, also they're almost always the first to go down. I pretty much just see modders with Nisha kill EOS with ease.
Anne M. Jack is very powerful, maybe OP like you said. But his defense is what makes him the best survivor, more like his clones. But Jack's rate of fire is incredible and his ability to mix all elements at once is awesome.....

ReachBlows Dick dude that is 2 minutes of my life I won’t ever get back. There is no downside to Nisha like your trying to complain about and make it seem. You just aren’t good with her. Every single aspect of Nisha is broken from here defense to her damage potential. Stop making things up just because you aren’t as good with a certain charachter than others

Yup, when I hit 50 and get that specific gear, I'll definitely try this awesome build out.. But for right now, at level 34, I have points into magnificent 6, and use Jakobs revolvers and sniper rifles, with a Jakobs gun damage class mod (+4 into Mag 6). In Showdown, she deals ridiculous damage. Zarpedon jumped out of her powersuit, took 3 sniper shots to the head while in Showdown, and it was goodnight nurse..
Celestial Lawbringer: I found 5 in the Vendors. First two in Normal Mode, the three others in TVHM....
The best shield to use with this build is Prismatic Bulwark dropped by Zarpedon. I think it double my laser damage plug the ability to absorb laser ammo. Check it out
I recommend short fuse if you have a cryo weapon because then you will have 35x2.5 damage so it's near double damage
I'd say the Sham shield will make Nisha go from the ultimate glass cannon to a nigh immortal goddess of death.
You can also obtain Rightsizing Bitch from grinder, as i did. Just used 2 legendary pew-pew lazers and a random epic smg. Dont forget to use moonstones tho.Maybe i was too lucky, got it from 1st try.

When I started the final mission I was already level 50. When I finished the game I got a level 50 Rosie.
Literally using this build as of now. just need rosie and the artic Oz kit. otherwise im set for breaking the game. thanks for making the video. you've helped me out so much.
i recommend a valdof pistol or a bullet and high fire rate gun. This is because laser weapons don't really reflect, which i want.
It can be improved by taking the points out of the bunny and put them into the first shot skill. Cat o nine tails wrecks withbthis build.
Get the Prismatic Bulwark from Zarpedon. It drastically increases Laser damage and will increase Laser resistance. It is what I use
you can replace the Rosie with the egun if you wanted it works just as well

Nice build but I think that as a shield The bulwark is better and than instead of that oz kit u should use the legendary 3DD1.E oz kit they both give you laser dmg boost
If you can get the 3DDE OZ kit and Bulwark, this thing kills everything.
You can actually get a level 50 Ol'Rosie totally legit within game. I am not sure what the exact cutoff point is, but I leveled my Athena to 50 before killing Zarpedon during the main story, and when I turned in the final quest my Ol'Rosie was level 50. Wasn't even that hard to do since at level 47-50 it only took 5 Iwajira kills per level.
celestial also very possible from vendors...aka I got it from one. that and of course grinder for those lucky people

I love it how Nisha is a damage machine that destroys everyone in this game and in BL2 she is just annoying because she hides everywhere and is easy to kill when she finally comes out

I use some kinda similar build BUT its broken as fuck and I just use the legndary CM
First I never go down second I rek the shitt of the raid boss and I use the same gear as you BUT instead of your sheild I use the bullswark or what ever that shitt is it give me Laser dmg 27%
and the 3eddi Oz kit for more Laser dmg

Bryar Brammer I think the actual formula is (x+x*5=y) , where x is the amount of actual hard points you invested into the skill and y is the technical outcome. So 5 points invested yields 30 points total whereas 1 point invested is still only 6 total.... but yeah its broken.
That's it, i'm switching to Nisha. The enforcer is fine but Lawbringer looks more fun.
I got a lvl 50 Rosie legit. I just started the last mission at 50 (grinded to 50 before) and i got it lvl 50 when i turned it in.
there is some misconception about accuracy in this game. each weapon uses that value a bit differently. shotguns use it to explain the weapon's pellet spread and grouping. so its difficult to say. most of the time it is about how big the redical is pre-shot and how wide the shots may be. the reason I mention this is that because of this accuracy still applies to nisha. nisha's showdown simply keeps the redicle on target but it still suffers from accuracy in terms of the weapon's spread. the longer the range. the higher this is affected by.

Right now at lower lvls I'm using your first Nisha build for pistols, might switch to this end game. As usual you are the KING of builds, keep up the great work. On an off note, how did you get the purple "Critical" text? Mine is always red.
Not sure why you picked that COM instead of the legendary one, Quick Shot > Tombstone hands down. Infact, a level 10 Quick Shot is probably the single highest dps boost increase out of everything in your build or any other build possible with Nisha. Having +5 bonus on Quick Shot is equivalent to critting all the time and more.
Can you make an Athena build next? possibly using her elemental tree?

Finish the game at level 50 and you will get a level 50 Rosie, no gibbed needed.

Do continuous lasers like the Rosie get increased fire rate with your buffs? If so, does that mean they just consume ammo faster? Because I don't see how increased fire rate on a gun that fires a continuous laser would work.
Hey bahroo a level 50 rosie can be obtained in game just have to farm the mission like you would the rubi or any other mission reward i have a level 50 fire elemental version and in areas with atmosphere it absolutely wrecks face....
Would you be able to do a level 60 or 70 build or just reply on where you think I should spec in to.

there is a third playtrough i got it after completing a bonch of side misions an u can get evry unique at lv 50

how come in the gameplay sample your showdown lasts the normal 6 seconds, even though you have the _ .95 second per kill and you get lots of kills?

I love her dialogue and It's not as packed as bl2 but the pre sequel is awesome I loved it even if I didn't get passed level 20 but when I get my ps4 and the handsome collection after I transfer my vita character to bl2 I'm going to do the other two dlcs and then uvhm and then finally start my own path on tps and then restart again after I beat it then do the claptastic voyage so levels will make it challenging and I won't be over leveled shoot I might play before I even start UVHM on bl2 but ill finish tvhm and the two dlcs first.
I like this build but I prefer MorninAfterKills. His is about dual pistols, accuracy, fire rate and general damage
also how do u get a Lv 50 moxxi slammer shield? I thought u get that with the vintage pulse and everything, which is around Lv 38 in TVHM

Curious as to why you don't like Magnificent Six. Using a Jacobs class mod with a good shotty I am doing some crazy damage. Same thing with jacobs pistols. Cool build though.
Not that he doesn't like it, but it's next to useless for this build. He's not using a shotgun, he's using a high capacity laser and SMG, and reloading frequently. He's rarely even shooting the last 6 bullets.
