Really, she is breathtaking. I can watch her play or just sit there and talk all day. And as for her and the rest of the band’s music, I love it. I would definitely see them live if they ever came around my beach town.
@@Bryce3189 Awe men Brice! Right with you on this. I just dig how she herself is SO INTO the music. It's just "TOTALLY BITCHEN!" Have a great day man. Time for me to make a DYI HELP VIDEO on "Making Masks fit right!" Simple adjustment is all that's needed. God my Surfrajettes Shirt on too. :--))
Hey Shermy! Nice to see another Video! Thanx for the Demo on the WMIII Echo Pedal! Looking forward to the day when all of you can get back together and play! Greetings from the USA!
Sounds great. Dig the Shadow's sound you created. @2:30 Shermy Hendrix. Glad to see you're back for a bit. Hopefully, that means we are in the mixing stage of the record. Can't wait.
I'll tell ya's, "What I LOVE MOST about Shermy is, she MOVED TO THE BEAT ALWAYS." Just watch her when she plays. LOL It's AWESOME! She FEELS the music.... she doesn't JUST PLAY it. And THAT'S the difference between THOSE WHO LOVE TO PLAY, and those who play JUST BECAUSE or for the $$$. For this reason, SHE ROCKS in MY world!!! Ciao!!! Nick 7.20.2021 I was here with you's.
The only advertised engagement is the Melissa Etheridge Cruise between Miami and The Bahamas in November but whether it will actually sail, let alone with The Surfrajettes aboard remains to be seen. The US Government say that the Canadian border remains closed to non-essential travel until 'at least September 21st' because of the delta variant. In a podcast a few months back Shermy said thay had lots of plans but they're having to wait like the rest of us.
I would love to hear the band do some Shadows stuff. It warmed my heart to hear you doing The Savage. Ones that spring to mind, Kon Tiki, Dance On, Foot tapper, Shindig, Mustang, Round and Round, The Rise and Fall of Flingal Bunt, Great thing about instrumentals you can call them what you like.
Great video. Love your group. Purchased the pedal after watching this. Looking forward to mastering more surf music and shadows material and watching your group for inspiration.
Wow! You look so lovely here! The fact that I feel really fond of you as a person and love your talents, really intensifies my appreciation of your good looks! You are so sensational Shermy! I'm in T.O. Too!
Fantastic Shermy ! Would love an album of "The Surfrajettes play The Shadows" - I discovered you originally when I was searching "Shadows covers" on UA-cam :-)
The Surfrajettes covered a Bert Weedon track I think for Halloween 'Ghost Train' I think Great to hear all this music again. Great ambassadors, I'm all for hearing 'The Shadows' Some of 'The Savage' in there brill 🎸
Big fan of solidgoldfx and the surfragettes, who isn't! Great playing and great tone. I spied the surf rider on a few surfragette youtube clips then figured you dudes are all canadians, makes sense. I think I noticed the bass player plugging through a Traynor on the last clip I watched too.
Hey Sherny, awesome post on the Pedal. You KNOCK ME OUT! Been a fan for a bit of a while now. I have a QUERY of you Shermy. Are the Surfrajettes ever going to SING? Very curious, as always! Anywho... I dig the music, the clothing choices, the way you move to the beat or groove, whichever, and thee over-all LOOK of the Band with backgrounds. More at the Beach, the better! :--)) Cowabunga! Aloha! Surf's UP... GOTSTA GO!!! Ciao!!! -Huggs- Nick
Have you ever played a Rickenbacker? Or heard the toaster pickups? I love those. But you are turning me on to the gold foil. I'm going to be looking into those
Along with the Ventures I love Hank Marvin and the Shadows. Were the settings you used the same as the picture of the pedal when playing the Shadows song? It has a good sound.
Shermy is playing some of the Hank Marvin guitar part of the Shadows' 1961 hit called "The Savage" beginning at 3:24. Too bad Nicole isn't there to play the Bruce Welch rhythm guitar part. You can hear the Shadows' original version here: ua-cam.com/video/uLaEvtixDg0/v-deo.html
I love my electro-harmonix Oceans 11 reverb, the spring setting is the drippiest of any pedal I've tried. It's the closest thing I've ever played that comes really close to my 63' Fender reverb unit. The Fender reverb unit is as big as a small amp head and I can't put it on a pedalboard so I mostly use the Oceans 11 now. I would never sell my Fender reverb unit though.
I love your band, I love your music, I love your persona and I love the way you guys dress on stage. The one thing you are missing in my humble opinion is choreography. That would be killer to see you guys moving around (in sync at times) Think about bringing in someone to give you some pointers and see where you can go with it! Good luck girls.
Choreography? Yeah...that is a really stupid idea:these ladies are actuallly PLAYING,really creating their own kind of magic every time ,...so they are kinda busy creating great tunes..They are not dancing monkeys. You want choreography? Go and listen to lipsinc&Co.This is rocknroll...Already cool, without any unneccessary bullsh1t.
Cool stuff, Shermy! Like the guitar too! But, seriously, on tone, I'd be interested if you wanted to tell us how you get/got the band's tone in your excellent live performances.
Your playing and this pedal sounds amazing but I just couldnt get a good sound out of the SG SR III, just got a Milkman F-stop and it blows away the Flint and the Tre-verb for surf stuff. Also my fav all time Dist is Dr. Scientist The Elements another Canadian
I enjoyed your very informative video. But never mind the requests for the Shadows! - instead, how about some cover versions of George Tomsco's The Fireballs instrumental recordings, the group that invented the "Surf" sound, although they didn't know it at the time!! ["Footpatter" and "Panic Button" spring to mind].
Love your band and what you do! It’s very cool to see you do a pedal review. One thing I have always wanted to ask is, what tremolo do you use? Is it a stand-alone pedal, or is it built into your amp like in a Fender Twin, for example? I should add, this delay has a really great tape delay character. Cheers again, Shermy, and we all look forward to the band’s next video. 😁
Thanks for the video Shermy nice pedal ,it has been a while, every time I see you my heart melts. Looking forward to seeing the whole band play again, if not possible a nice surf song you together with Nicole. Greetings to you and the rest of the Surfrajettes from a Dutchman👍💖
Ive actually met her and she is sooo nice
You are so perty. I love watching you shred it, with your style of music.
I've only found you all about a year ago. I love the music and your guitar playing. Thanks for the awesome music 🎶💚💚💚
It's always a pleasure to see you Shermy !
She’s so beautiful…melts my heart
Yep... she's doll!
Really, she is breathtaking. I can watch her play or just sit there and talk all day. And as for her and the rest of the band’s music, I love it. I would definitely see them live if they ever came around my beach town.
Great takeaway. Not at all belittling.
@@Bryce3189 Awe men Brice! Right with you on this. I just dig how she herself is SO INTO the music. It's just "TOTALLY BITCHEN!"

Hey Shermy! Nice to see another Video! Thanx for the Demo on the WMIII Echo Pedal!

Greetings from the USA!
Never expected to hear a surf version of a Cure song. Could be interesting if fully worked out.
Just Beautiful! More videos please!
Got to love Love 💕 Miss Shermy 🥰❤️
Hello here in Brazil I watch your videos, congratulations on your work, thank you!
just discovered you ladies today. So happy i did. 😊
Such a knockout! Great video and never realized you were Canadian!
Great demo! I loved the Cure intro,
I love me some Shermy! 😍
Sounds great. Dig the Shadow's sound you created. @2:30 Shermy Hendrix. Glad to see you're back for a bit. Hopefully, that means we are in the mixing stage of the record. Can't wait.
Couldn't have come at a better time. I'm looking at delay pedals too, and I'll be sure to check this one out!
Nice pedal, I like that it's sharp and deep at the same time, no compromise! Sounds just like heaven...😇
Love the sound, and what a personality!!
Love it!
Please more videos. Make them weekly or something.
PS--- LOVE ALL OF THE POSITIVE FEEDBACK!!!!!!!!!! HOW FUN!!!
Shermy is finer than the print on the terms & conditions.
Interresting to hear the Surfragettes using some echo. The next step should be to play some Shadows' tunes with it !
Hey Shermy. Nice playing

That;s a great sound on the Savage Shermy, you nailed it' bless you.
when can we see the band play live again, love the music, love it all, i am 55 and i love the oldies stuff, thanks,...

Flingel Bunt is my favourite but I thought that Sarah would shine on Nivram.
Very cool , can't wait to see some new tunes with the entire band....aloha
Cool! Thanks for sharing. Nice, clean sound. Nifty pickin'. Shawn R., Mo-Mutt Music/Sacred & Secular
You truly can take anything to make your guitar sing which inspires me as a guitarist since you create such pretty alluring guitar music!
Very nice. Great pedal. Surf on Shermy. You look amazing BTW.
Dang the Sea Foam is sold out. You can never have enough delay pedals. This one sounds great and very vintage in tone. I dig it.
Such wonderful music! God bless you all ❣️
Great video. Love your group. Purchased the pedal after watching this. Looking forward to mastering more surf music and shadows material and watching your group for inspiration.
Loved the sound. You should cover the theme from The Good, the Bad and the Ugly using that pedal.
awesome sounding pedal,i enjoy your playing!
I love watching you play
you are very talented.
Wow! You look so lovely here! The fact that I feel really fond of you as a person and love your talents, really intensifies my appreciation of your good looks! You are so sensational Shermy! I'm in T.O. Too!
Every guitarist knows It's all about tone. Thanks for sharing.
Sherry is my fav❤❤❤❤ such a cutie god bless you and keep you guys safe
Fantastic Shermy ! Would love an album of "The Surfrajettes play The Shadows" - I discovered you originally when I was searching "Shadows covers" on UA-cam :-)
Yes, yes, yes. Play some of the greats of Hank Marvin & the Shads. Def the right style and add some new twists. Yes.
The Surfrajettes covered a Bert Weedon track I think for Halloween 'Ghost Train' I think
Great to hear all this music again. Great ambassadors, I'm all for hearing 'The Shadows'
Some of 'The Savage' in there brill 🎸
Yeah you were hitting the tone. You are awesome. That album would be fun.
I certainly would buy one if they did one Graham.
The Savage Great Instrumental. love your work Shermy
Great review and great tone as always!
Love musicians that play guitar, my favorite musical instrument!! You're Awesome!!!!!😊👍👍✌️🇨🇦
Awesome. More pedal demos, please.
You are one of my favorite guitarists ever. Your sense of tone and gear is super fun. I love your work! Thank you for sharing with us!
Supper cool and great sound love it. 🙂

Sweet! that pedal is the same color as my fender amp👍 Rockin the cure to. Awesome Shermy!
I'm not a guitar player but I dig the Surfrajetts. Thumbs up from me.
Gracias por la clase!
Hagan Runaway de The Ventures!!
Un abrazo Patagónico desde Ushuaia Argentina!!!
Ngl that glitch effect would make a cool end to a rock song.

Your Hank Marvining just sold me.
Hank would have a tears in his eyes 😀😃😄👍
With total respect to all of her obvious musical talent, they just don't make women who are more attractive than Shermy!!!
The Cure Surf version !!!! Awesome!!!
Shermy Rocks!!
I enjoyed the demo, and the echo pedal, too.
Sounds like a killer pedal. Sweet.
U R 2 adorable Shermy! Just too!
Have you ever played a Rickenbacker? Or heard the toaster pickups? I love those. But you are turning me on to the gold foil. I'm going to be looking into those
Good pedal and great playing
Nice! Good luck with the pedal.
That pedal is sublime!
Sounds great - now for the surfrajettes play the shadows! Only 800+ tracks to pick from! Kon-Tiki or The Rumble would be super.
Hi Shermy, Thanks for the demo! The EM-III sounds just Awesome How can I get you to sign my 45's from the Surfrajettes? Regards from Ody Slim
Yay Shermy The Lioness , just kicking pure tone . I hope You and the rest of The Surfrajettes are still doing well . Cheers !
Along with the Ventures I love Hank Marvin and the Shadows. Were the settings you used the same as the picture of the pedal when playing the Shadows song? It has a good sound.
Sounds great!
Awesome sound!!
I love that you two have been doing gear videos. Hope to see some more soon.
Looking forward to hearing your reverb demos.

Isn't a Sherm something we used to smoke, like a Tai stick? Great demo of noodling and using the echo as rhythm.
A "sherm" is a marijuana cigarette laced with PCP. I hope you never smoked one. People high on PCP do f-ed up stuff.
Same here - such a great authentic sounding pedal!
Thumbs up for the Oceans 11n- through my 72' Fender Vibrolux
YES !!! The CUre !!!
Let’s hope Guitar Player magazine is watching and will interview you ladies soon.
The EM-III pedal is approved!
Thought you're intonate A-has 'Velvet' ; which is classy surftune - no ask. Love all of you girls - you're awesome. Stay healthy.
Cool pedal for the coolest Surfrajette!
Welcome back to the public space, hope things are going well on the album
I've been meaning to buy a delay pedal but I keep getting delayed
The goddess of reverb

@@elvis8burgers81 yes, anyone on stage should just stand there and play kind of like a statue? Go back to sleep Elvis...lol
You are absolutely right, i always had the same point of view
Cool stuff, Shermy! Like the guitar too!
But, seriously, on tone, I'd be interested if you wanted to tell us how you get/got the band's tone in your excellent live performances.
I just bought one. The sea foam one was sold out. Bought a gold color one
Nice Pedal.
It's a great pedal. I'd love to see you all experiment further, with things like Microcosm... 😁
Haha, pretty neat pedal. Gotta love the colour.
Thank you for your video.

That’s a great pedal! Solid Gold knows their stuff! I’d love to see a complete rig rundown.
I love that you are playing the Riff from Cure.."Just Like Heaven "...please include it in your New Album...Shemy you rock this out...
Love that guitar !
very nice!!! mooooooore!!!
When is the album coming out?
Spring 2022. Hi Tide say Couch Surfing can be streamed from November 5th but don't specify if that is a single or LP.

Just a thought, I know you could do some great covers( in fact your great versions) of some Shadows songs. "The Savage" for starters...?😁
