These 3 cities in Central Florida are going to BOOM

Hey guys!
Today I wanted to talk about a few cities in central florida experiencing some insane growth. I wanted to highlight these cities because a lot of clients and potential clients always ask which areas are the best to live and invest in. I wanted to highlight Clermont, Minneola, and St. Cloud; These areas are seeing a ton of growth and people that have bought homes here in the past few years are seeing HUGe returns on their equity. There is a lot of residential and commercial investments going into these communities, so let's see why these areas have been tapped for growth!

I can't wait to see what Sunbridge turns out too. I grew up in Kissimmee and Saint Cloud was always a lot more rural than our side. Lake County is definitely growing. I see a lot of construction on the turnpike

It’s busy as hell in Saint Cloud lol! Just moved here last May. 192 is awfullllllllll lol they just released PLANS to widen roads but that’s not coming for a while. I feel we are the 2nd Poinciana in terms of being out far and having one main road.
