- Imagine getting into Horizon West 10 years ago. That's the opportunity you have in front of you in Wellness Way. One of the top 5 biggest projects to come to Orlando is the Wellness Way and Olympus Project in Clermont, Florida. This area promises to bring over 6000 new jobs, 15,000 new homes, and a ton of local amenities. The development will also bring a long awaited connector between Horizon West and Clermont! Today we show off all that's coming to the area and more.
Thinking of buying or selling a home in Orlando? My team and I would be honored to help! Email us at info@pozekgroup.com

It has been two and a half years since we moved from South Florida to Claremont. We couldn't be happier.
Welcome! So awesome to hear
We are really interested in Clermont!
Wish we could turn back the clock 5 years. There are way toooooo many people in Central Florida and especially Clermont. As someone born and raised in clermont. It is nothing like it used to be. PEOPLE. Stop coming!!!
In about 5yrs it’s gonna be looking more like Winter Garden but with Lakes.
Agree!! It's definitely disappointing!! These people need to find other states to move to because people in Florida cannot sustain the rising prices. No ones salary goes up just because bread is $5.00 now. Not to mention the traffic is horrendous now!!
It’ll be fun to look back at these videos 10 years from now and compare and contrast how things were in the area.
I thought the same!
And what Clermont was like 30 years ago…
Such exciting development there! Wow!
Very interested in this subject. Excited to see what is coming! Thanks for sharing this info!
I’m excited as well for all that’s coming to Clermont. I’m building in Ridgeview so I will be snack in the middle of it all & ready to explore. Increased property values is nice also😬
Cant wait to see how this develops!
Thanks for the information and videos!
We bought a house 2 months ago and will be moving soon, looking forward to seeing these changes and being a part of this community.
We already love this place and will certainly call it home.
Kaco & Vivi
Hwy 50 is so over strained already this looks promising to help with that. However disappointing to see very few details on mass transit within this area. 15000 homes will definitely put a heavy load on 27.
So much of Florida is being paved over by hundreds of square miles of tract home development. The destruction of Florida agriculture will have negative consequences. A balance must be achieved.
NICE...thank you
Great Morning Ken!
I've been doing research into relocating to Central Florida from the DMV(Maryland in Particular). My family and I will be in the market by July 2022 and because of your videos we decided to go with you and your group in particular. Loved your website already signed up, look forward to hearing from you soon!
Love what you're doing and the value you're creating!👍🏾💪🏾
Thanks so much, Aaron! Look forward to working with you and the family
Bigger question: will Florida finally step in and not allow private equity firms to snatch up all or the majority of these single family homes; so that ACTUAL families can buy them.
I hate to have to bring politics into a Pozek classic. I dig his vibes, but I have a saying:
Democrats buy votes with public money to their constituents.
Republicans get votes by selling public lands. (giving as much as possible to developers as possible under the guise of "jobs")
Unlisted - I wish they would. Blackrock is bad for America imo.
Winston - very balanced viewpoint.
NO
You got me. For some reason I was expecting someone walking down the road with a bobcat but the animal.
😂😂🤣did you see the guy in the bobcat griming me though?
Ken, Thanks for all you do for us viewers. I’m sure we all appreciate you putting these videos out 😊
Thanks for watching, Jarrod!
Love this video cause my house is behind u in RidgeView while ur talking 😊
Hello!! 👋👋
Wow Claremont is growing so fast just 10 years ago there was no complex’s or anything there was just a couple of homes and a few complexes and now it is really big with plenty of homes and now there is projects
Clermont
This is a game changer for the area.. would like to see more commercial/ office buildings up and down the 27 to offset all the residential developments
Totally agree. Hope that Olympus spurs more
Rush “Subdivisions”
Thank you for this video! If you were looking for a home in Clermont, which community would you choose? I'm leaning towards Waterbrooke but now I'm wondering if I should get something closer to Olympus.
The "New crowded Orlando"
Love the content. Anything coming to Winter Haven?
Hello I love your content. How is the Olympus center coming? When will
It open?
Just be careful if you purchase in a CDD community, that CDD NEVER GOES AWAY, and only goes up. We found that out the hard way and ended up selling. CDD in one of these community's right now is almost 2K a year.
Where is that observation tower shown in video that looks like it’s in a middle of a park? Thanks! Great video! Very informative.
@Ebo Entsuah Thanks 👍 Gonna check it out. Looks neat!
Since many of the videos focus on new build communities, could you do a video ranking the homebuilders in Central FL and give pros/cons of each builder.
Gotta find a tactful way to do this that doesn’t get the legal team of every builder on my ass.
@@kenpozek present them as Farmer George's opinions. Problem solved.
@@kenpozek I'd say Hanover family builders is one of the better ones having installed showers/shelves/mirrors for them since they came around and before that when the owners of hanover owned Royal oak homes. Pulte sucks to install for, dreamfinders is decent, can't speak much for Dr Horton haven't installed for them for years but I installed the models in waterleigh and most of the neighborhood before I left the company I currently work for 3 years ago and came back. Taylor Morrison I have the same issue with haven't having installed for them for 3 years but I installed the models in the canyons and esplanade. Clermont has absolutely exploded in the past 5 or 6 years.
@@kenpozek I drive past that entrance on 27 everyday coming from 50 to go to ridgeview/seranoa lakes didn't know what it was.
@@kenpozek If you want to see a mess by lennar go look at trinity lakes off of 19, they have foundations with grass growing at 2 feet, trusses sitting in the elements so long they've turned black, all around mess in that neighborhood. Can't blame them completely because of supply issues but if I were a superintendent I would be mad if I saw all that stuff just sitting out there wasting away. Me and my coworker just installed in the model for hanover out in that neighborhood if I'm not mistaking the builder, I do so many different neighborhoods but I think hanover is jn there as well.
I'm looking out that way in the future
Good spot!
Does anyone know where in clermont the footage at 0:16 is from? I just moved to clermont recently and would love to check this place out. Looks like an awesome park!

A Sea of Cookie Cutters
Never clicked a video so fast 😂
😂😂 Hope you liked it! Things are finally moving pretty quickly!
@@kenpozek Definitely. 😊
I’m hopeful we may even get a Trader Joe’s or Wholefood within the Olympus master plan. Clermont is ready ✅
I heard about a small master plan community in Serenoa phase 2/Sawgrass.
Shops & apartments,. Is this true?
Same! I saw the notification pop-up and clicked as soon as I read "Clermont" 😂
@@ShelbyAlexandra 😂😂😂
We are looking to move to the area in the next 1-1.5 years. Should I engage a realtor now or check with the builders in the area.
We can definitely help you now. The biggest thing is narrowing down the area, price point, and builder. And we can stay in touch until the time comes to pull the trigger and back in to your perfect date
Interested!
Missed how Clermont used to be...
Way to much growth to quick…
Is this the area of Florida that has hills/topography?
A little bit yes! Moreso than other places in central Florida for sure!
Love your videos, but you have to do something about the music in between the cuts when you aren't talking. We have to keep lowering the music. Note- we watch it on our smart tv - it doesn't sound as bad on the computer.
I’ll let our editor know. What system are you watching on? Phone, tv computer?
@@kenpozek On the TV. We watch it through Comcast up in Mass.
Love your content, but not a fan of the musical interludes. I watch on an iPad and your speaking voice volume is nice but the music is always too loud, so I have to adjust volume all the time. Just a personal preference, but thought I’d throw it out there….
What do you think that a Diffines how well Which for Arce a House or itself side new a Brightline train of 2023 ? You Don't know what do would think we don't know it about you.
Its clermont
I AM STILL TERRIFIED OF THE SINK HOLES THAT ARE PRONED TO HAPPEN IN THOSE COUNTIES...
I moved away from clermont to Illinois 20 years ago and was recently thinking of moving back but now I'm reconsidering it. It was such a beautiful small town but now its just gonna be a smaller orlando. 😔
