These type of videos are definitely your best, and I'm certain they are a favorite of the majority of your viewership. That general store was amazing. So much old time nostalgia with it. I wish there were more general stores like this around. Please keep doing more videos like this. I'm certain there are many more small towns and spots throughout Florida you've never been to or heard about. Thank you for sharing this with us, Adam. A treasure for sure.
I'm a native Floridian and I'm so happy to see this. Nothing like going through the backroads of Florida and discovering new places. You've captured it perfectly. 👏👏👏👏
Amazing video as always Adam. Seeing the citrus tower choked me up a little as on my very last trip to Florida before my Father passed away he took me there and told me how when he was a child on his first trip to central Florida he and his family stopped there and from the top you got a view of thousands of acres of orange trees ( which are gone today ) and how the tower was a big draw to the area long before the theme parks were built. Thank you for showing this off today and for all your videos
I remember when you could see citrus trees. I went up in the tower in the 1980's. There were some bad freezes in the late 80's that wiped out a lot of the citrus groves. The smell of citrus trees in bloom around March was heavenly! Sadly you have to go near Ft. Pierce and further south to see large groves in Florida now.
I like this much better, back roads of America, there's something for everyone. Like to see small towns that are almost forgotten, but are still there to see/adventure. Thanks again.🤘📹
I have pictures of me at the Citrus Tower when I was 8 years old. I'm 71 now so you are right when you say the Tower has been around for along time, lol.
i love it when you see bales of hay and say "hey" bcz my mom used to do that , it annoyed me at first but then i too started doing it i guess to do it before she did, but it reminds me of her, when you do it. she passed 11 yrs ago. so I for one appreciate the 'bad' joke!
I live in central Florida and have been to all these places at one time or another and see things I missed. I'm not as observant as Adam so I missed a lot.
These areas are the Florida that most people don’t know about. Grew up in Ocala before there was Disney or The Villages. This video is like walking through some of my childhood memories. Thank you
Hope Adam goes back & visits that citrus tower opened in 1956 - one of Florida's 1st tourist attractions. Bet the view from the observation deck cant be beat.
@@ueno1 unfortunately at the moment we are confined to Sydney due to border closures. We can’t go to regional NSW till Nov 1.Our US trip got canceled these were some of the places in Florida we were going.
That sweet nostalgia store would have had ALL of my money. I would have certainly bought Spiffy Cola and a slide whistle, so I could stand beside an icy patch of sidewalk in the winter, waiting for my golden opportunities.
So many of us are guilty of only visiting the theme parks when we go to Florida. So great to see what else is out there. That little general store was fascinating. Thanks for the trip Adam.
This is the Woo I love to watch. Love the back road material and how you present it. Every bit of this is so good. Not only do you capture the pleasantly serene sights, but also the calming realness of nature's sound that we hear too little of these days. Awesome job, my friend. Thanx for the upload. Your filming style is quite contagious for us viewers who are, too, tired of being bombed with sights and sounds of the "Top 40." Take care and be careful in your travels. Till next time.
That was lovely. I could sit in one of those rocking chairs and “see the sights” for a couple of hours with that bag of pork rinds and a soda. Love the solace of the roads there. After watching a few of these, you might want to consider grabbing a bag of carrots to take along with ya. The horses and donkeys love them.
You were about five miles from me in Richloam. If you are ever back out in Richloam stop by the Florida Bass Conservation Center and Richloam State Fish Hatchery. I'm a biologist at the hatchery and would be happy to give you the grand tour. I also live there. This is a great video tour of my current neck of the woods. Oh and by the way Dade City which is close to where you were still has an operational drive in movie theater. A double feature is only $7. Thanks Adam!
Could not love this more!!!! I *LOVE* these back roads and off the beaten path places. I also love when you and Micah head out together and getting two perspectives on the same trip! Great content, thanks Adam! :)
Yes! So good to see you back in hhe hinterlands, Adam. No fast passes needed. No cue lines. Just wide open spaces. Welcome back Adam The Woo. Welcome back. 👍😎
Asking for a Dr Pepper and being offered a Root beer is like asking for a rental car and being offered a school bus. The only thing those have in common is that theyre both soda.
Nice video. Reminds me of when I used to stay with my grandma's during the summer and going into town. The old general stores with wooden floors and chests with soda and the bottle opener on the side. Nice memories.
Love how you mix up the blog not just Disney and parks 24/7! Thanks for sharing as a born and raised tampa floridian intersting to see these areas can not wait to check them out.
LMAO when all the pigs came to the fence to check you guys out, that was so cute!! wow, Richloan GS & PO is off the beaten path but i absolutely adore it. I love old timey, and i'm a sucker for rural than suburb or city. btw that dried gourd is an instrument used in hula. this blast to the past is a hidden gem, thanks for taking us along.
We love these towns! We pass through them as we drive from Davenport to Pine Island (another gem!). Groveland and Mascotte are our favourite little towns, and we love that antiques place …that dragon has been there for years.
Love old Florida…. That store looked amazing…. Will definitely make a visit…. You were on my door step! Uncle Kenny’s YES! 😍 Great video excited for more back road stuff.
As a Florida native, born and raised, I love seeing the old school/country Florida. Florida is quite a diverse state, much more diverse than many people realize. I may go on a short road trip this weekend and check these places out.
Awesome Adam pure awesome just like the good old days exploring the backroads and not knowing what you’ll find and boy do I like looking at old relics just as much as you Adam so thanks for this adventure through the backroads of life also it was so cool to see Micha himself so with that peace ☮️ love ❤️ and happiness to you Adam and I’ll see you on the next vlog adventure wherever it takes you also please be safe out there
The unique looking truck you saw is called a "Jeepney" and they are custom built, usually by the people who operate them, in the Philippines. Basically a small bus/ large taxi. Don't see them here very often. Great video Adam!
Love that small town nostalgia...especially when it is done in my state! Hope you make it up the Atlantic coast sometime...Palatka, Fl has some nostalgia
Fun fact about dragon fly's. I had a darker car at one point that seemed to attract dragon fly's. I found out dark cars look like water to dragon fly's so they hover around trying to find a spot to land. Great video Adam, thank you for sharing 🍁🍂 GOD BLESS
When I lived in Florida, I loved to travel through mid Florida to all the little towns. We found a lot of fun quirky places, cattle ranches and horse farms. I miss that a lot. A favorite was Wekiva Springs park north of Orlando. My dad lives in Hudson now, so we explore the springs areas north of there along the gulf coast. Fun times!

I'm not even American, but exploring small town USA with Adam is one of my favourite things on YT.
There's just something that gives me the feels whenever small towns are involved. It's a feeling of nostalgia for something I've never experienced.
Celebration works very hard to have that feeling.
Amazing video as always Adam. I wish I could have seen it back then when the view was citrus trees and not houses

I do too.

Adam, I love the way you help people enjoy the simple things that life has to offer.
Man have I missed these types of vlogs. Enjoyed it so much went by too fast.
I really enjoy Your extended tours of the Central Florida Areas. I used to drive around all the backroads in the early 90’s when I lived in Orlando.
i love it when you see bales of hay and say "hey" bcz my mom used to do that , it annoyed me at first but then i too started doing it i guess to do it before she did, but it reminds me of her, when you do it. she passed 11 yrs ago. so I for one appreciate the 'bad' joke!
This made me feel weirdly nostalgic for a place I’ve never been
It’s a great feeling . I love these type of places

Lol! 😂
I've lived in Florida my whole life and am just learning all the "real" hidden gems here! Love these mercantile shops.
Great stuff. I highly recommend doing the video covering old Florida along the coast Crystal River to Tarpon Springs and all them in between.
I’m a sucker for places like these! Especially old vintage signs and small towns! They always have the best stuff
Love your backroads of Florida. I tend to forget that there is more to Florida than beaches and swamps
So many of us are guilty of only visiting the theme parks when we go to Florida. So great to see what else is out there. That little general store was fascinating. Thanks for the trip Adam.
I like when you are out and about on the back roads. Richloam. cool. Olden Days. Groovy.
Thanks Mr Woo.😉
🙏💗😎👍
That peanut log reminds me of Stuckey’s which were so common across America! Lots of gators in that swampy land even now!Prime gator swampland!

I'm so happy when businesses can survive through time and big business.
I love the off the beaten path places. The Richloam store is really cool! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. ❤️❤️

Excellent day!
Good times for sure
Love when you take a back road trip. So interesting 🤔
This brings back memories of road trips with my mom and grandma. So interesting! And I forgot about Tiddley Winks!
And Jacks! Did you ever step on one barefooted? Ouch!
The little store is a real treasure. Always worth while taking the back double roads.
Watching this at 2:45 a.m. have said many times that these are my #1 style of Adam The Woo ! Thank You Adam.
Once again, Adam’s travels take him right through my backyard. FYI the food at Red Wing is quite good.
Yes it is my daughter works there
I've heard that

Thank you Adam. These are the kind of videos that my husband and I enjoy watching, we can live vicariously through you.
All across America I see old abandoned fire trucks. Most bizarre. This was great fun. Cheers Adam.
Very cool and obviously worth the trip! Thanks for taking us along for the ride! Have a great day!
Asking for a Dr Pepper and being offered a Root beer is like asking for a rental car and being offered a school bus. The only thing those have in common is that theyre both soda.

Yes! Pickled okra, sarsaparilla, peanut roll, potatoe salad and pulled pork eggrolls! You guys read my mind. :)
That little pony standing at the fence at the beginning of the video did want Mica to stop rubbing her. So sweet
I love it when you talk to animals! I've always done so & I don't apologize one bit, no matter how many people looked at me askance.
Yay - not too far from me! Lots of good FL relics on 33. I am a frequent visitor to Uncle Kenny's. Good stuff! I usually get a pulled pork sandwich.
Love old Florida…. That store looked amazing…. Will definitely make a visit…. You were on my door step! Uncle Kenny’s YES! 😍 Great video excited for more back road stuff.
Love these small town videos. So many places I would have never known about otherwise
A few more places added to my map of places to go visit. Thanks for another backroad vlog.

It’s the Libyans!
