All I got for my birthday one year was Delicate Sound Of Thunder on cd. Still my favorite Floyd.
Localbandography it’s so good!
My wife thinks I'm nuts because I have 47 pink Floyd albums lol. I told her the crazy thing is I'm not done lol. Great video as always brother....Cheers!!!
Kevin Mckern thanks for watching!
That DSOTM Japanese pressing is the third pressing from 1974 (just bought one for myself and has the same obi) and it's the only version with that obi. Phenomenal sounding record and blows the 2016 reissue out of the water.
Amazing collection 👍
Wow, this is a serious Pink Floyd collection. I had no idea so many records existed. I don't think I want to go down the bootleg route because I won't be able to get them all and that would drive me nuts. Thanks for sharing your collection.
Hahah its a dangerous game
Wow! What an amazing collection you have! Enjoy my friend 👍
Amazing
Atom Heart Mother is exceptional. Fat Old Sun and the title track are two of the best songs ever recorded. Killer collection Dude!
defshrimp thanks, yeah I love AHM
When it first came out there were 4000 on that pink vinyl. But there were 400 in a pink album jacket. Also the 8 Track combined Pigs On The Wing into one song, with a short guitar break in the middle.
I believe they also played the guitar break on the tour
Your PF Boot collection is The sickest collection I have ever seen....I'm just Thrilled you showed this!! I appreciate it so much!!! THANK-YOU DYLAN!!!!❤
Good stuff great collection
Cool collection - have some Floyd boots but haven't collected for about 20 years - cool to see so many new ones have come out recently
Nice bunch of vinyl bro
This might be the coolest Floyd collection I’ve seen! Love the bootlegs you showed, of course the various pressings from various countries are of major interest but with a band like the Floyd, there’s almost a parallels universe in regards to the boots and what circulates in terms of live and studio material. I’m still growing my Floyd boots collection.
The Record Spinner yeah Floyd boots are tough to find, good luck!
Hell yes it is.
I am a Pink Floyd listener to my soul and bones. I love the sound and all the combos of sounds and instruments they going on.
Power on the my NAD 3020 and put on that 180 gr vinyl A momentary lapse of reason and set the volume to 75, tap up a Guinness and a Laphfroaig and just listen laid back in the sofa.
I was at Ullevi in Gothenburg 1994 live whith my father and it was EPIC. I Will never forget. I wish i could rewind and experience that day again. I was 14 years old.
Great collection you have there.
A bit jellous 😅👌
Thanks!
i collect cds i have a lot of cds, i have a small collection of vinyls, but collecting things is what keep us alive, i want to do star collecting more vinyls
The colored vinyl on those are so cool!
MM’s Vinyl thanks, I love them,
Amazing lov Pink Floyd
Love that hype sticker on Wish You Were Here. That giant kanji is two “fire” symbols stacked up and means something like super hot. I want that on a t shirt.
panjin79 that would be a killer shirt!
Incredible PF collection there Dylan. The postcard that comes with Wish you were Here is a pretty hard find. Can’t wait to see your upcoming bootleg video. Enjoyed! Andre’
Linda Leg thanks man!
A lot of People don’t like The Cut!
Whether what people say about Waters this Album is a master piece
Two suns in a sun set a brilliant song 👍🏻
The Endless River is just Beautiful
I absolutely love it
It’s a great send off too Pink Floyd 🙏🏻
That’s a super awesome Bootleg collection 👌🏻
Good job !
Thanks so much!
Killer collection my friend. Animals , French pressing is a grail for me! Awesome!! Nassau show looks awesome!!!!
Jam on Vinyl thanks man, I know the pink animals is a grail of yours, if I find another one you’ll be my first contact
Massive Floyd fan here … Without a doubt my favorite band and Gilmour my favorite musician - I’ve never loved anyone’s music like I love Pink Floyd and David’s. What I’d give to get my hands on all those bootlegs. Insane and forever jealous. 🤯
Nice collection, love pink floyd, they're my favorite band ever my favorite album is the wall, atom heart mother is a pretty underrated album
The Japanese one was actually made in the USA and it was recorded at Wembley. I have the boot on my channel if y’all want to check it out.
Cool Pink Floyd Collection. I have about 25 or so you def have more. We used to collect '72 show. Interesting Fact. They toured through 1972 playing Darkside as their first set. They were working out the kinks and played it live from Jan 72 to Oct 72 then they went in the studio to record it. Then they did the actual Darkside tour in 1973. They have said the reason the album came out so good is cause they played it live dozens of times before actual recording it in a studio. We used to collect the 1972 shows cause if you listed to all the shows every couple weeks the songs change up, lyrics change, so unique to hear this. You can actually hear the progression of the songs as the tour went on. During this '72 tour they called the darkside set "Eclipse" & "Eclipse/assorted lunitics". it's just an awesome idea. Dave Gilmour has always been my favorite living guitarist. Hendrix being my favorite over all. Syd Barrett has a huge following but i have always loved the Gilmour/Waters eras 1968-1983 way more than the Syd era 1965-68. My least favorite being the post-waters era 1987-present. But then again....I love all Floyd!!! I saw them Syracuse, NY 1987 & Toronto 1994(first show) and to this day def the best shows ever!!! I have seen Roger Waters 3x and Nick Mason's Saucerful Of Secrets last April. But nothing beats those 2 1987 & 1994 shows. I would give anything to have seen the real deal back in the 1970's.
I am just now seeing this video and all I can say is WOW. I have a decent amount of Floyd, but not anywhere near this!
Killer stuff! I’d love to have one of those TMOQ boots!
Shane Taylor thanks!!! Glad you enjoyed it!
Very Glad your a David fan….
Крутая коллекция!
This is sick
Kieran Duffey thanks for watching!
Wish You Were Here
Masterpiece
Agreed!
Definitely
Great collection! What about your Deep Purple collection?
Does the US pressing of the Piper album include See Emily play?
When i first bought a tutntable I put together a little wish list. On it was the pompeii concert lp. Don't think i'll ever own it.
David Gilmour is my favorite too! His vocals are as good as his guitar work, in my opinion. Love Division Bell, Pulse and the 80s albums as much as the 70s classics.
Russ Whitt he’s a genius! Thanks for watching!
Extremely jealous of that MoFi AHM.. maybe I'll be lucky enough to own it one day lol. I have a few MoFi Beatles pressings and I love the EQ on them, personally I don't think they could sound any closer to what I want them to be. I live in the UK and I can cherry pick as many original pressings as I want but I still look for the MoFi if I can
Bought my Darkside Mofi for $50 sealed. And you know what? I opened it.
I believe the second issue had a white hype sticker that read: "Half speed mastered"
Jeff Svirtunas yes! Never keep them sealed
He said Syd Barret era not Roger, lol, thank you again!
Dude i love your shit. Me and you have crazy similar taste in music. Led Zeppelin always been my favorite with PINK close second favorite. If I’m ever on the east coast I’m definitely coming to the shop. Btw you convinced me to purchase a master recording of the DSOTM by mfsl. And I’m actually purchasing a French pressing of animals off discogs. It’s pink sleeve and disc I believe. Keep slinging content brother 🤘🏼
Thanks man! Thanks for watching! Would love it if you came to visit!
Cool video. I'm almost inspired to post a video about my Pink Floyd collection :-). Atom Heart Mother is also my favorite Floyd album, and the MFSL release sounds great. You should check out the MFSL release of Meddle. It is also wonderful sounding.
Make a video of yours! I’d love to see it!
Where to finde pink floyd bootlegs? Have a few so hard to finde live in Sweden. Great videos 👍 Lovely records🙌👌
i had a holland press of animals on pink.
Hey on Atomheart Mother you should look into an original German pressing. My dad has one and they sound amazing.
Stephen K I’ve had an original German, they do sound great
Could you tell me what an original Box set of the first 11 albums w/ the Dark Side and WYWH picture discs is worth ? circa 1980 I also have Quad Dark side with the diff. posters . .
If you could tell me I would appreciate it Thanks !
Obscured by clouds hurts my eyes to look at
Man.. I love The Final Cut.... But you'll have that !!
David P it’s not bad, just not my favorite
@@noblerecords i get it... Its what makes the world go round !!
I would like to send you a list of my collection. yours is a bit better I think.
You don't like Final Cut, thank you.Dude you know Pink Floyd!
I have a 45 with 2 unreleased songs from The Wall that were in the movie. It comes in a gatefold sleve. What's different about it? It says the songs are from the album The Final Cut. That was originally the title of an album of unreleased songs and songs from the Wall movie.
you have ones i dont have but have load colord floyd pic disc i have all new reles and at lest 5 copys of euch the rest
Have you ever seen a copy of Pink Floyd the film? It’s a two disc vinyl pressing TJ 41159??
Where can you find the bootleg vinyl today? Discogs apparently isn’t allowed to sell them, and none show up on eBay.
i too love dave gilmour but an interesting question for you - if syd had been able to continue with floyd and go on thru the 70s what would pink floyd have sounded like with syd and not dave gilmour
I think Gilmour would have still been Part of the band, he overlapped with Syd a little. But it would have been much different with Syd.
My favorite album final cut and division bell .
Don't know if you've heard of it or not but a very rare , strange pink floyd album was called ( household items ) it's literally raking a fork across a cheese grater , snapping rubber bands , tapping on a wine glass with a fork , extremely weird stuff ,,,no wonder none of us heard it ,,it would pretty much take a full on lunatic to produce the album .
Dillon, I have a question I just bought a picture disc of Morgen and I read on Discogs that it is a bootleg is this true???
LUCILLE CHILDS probably, lots of picture discs are bootlegs,
So, I see you have your sleeves in plastic, but you put the actual record itself in another type of sleeve which you put inside the plastic? Could you some day maybe show us how you store your records and waht you use ?
Let's Talk Gaming I would love to! I’ll try to do that soon!
I'm surprised there wasn't a mention of Roger Waters. He's probably my favorite bassist. After the wall, they just didn't have that edgy powerfully sound. Gilmour lead Pink Floyd was just a bit too polished. I like all their albums but I prefer 68'-75 because I think all the members influences were balanced.
Awesome records. I'm impressed. I have all the studio lps, a few are early UK copies ( I don't have final cut though) I have a vintage bootleg of gemmersheim 1972 3xlp it has great long tracks like saucerfull, atom heart, set the controls , echoes
mercurialmagictrees I do love roger waters, but I like gilmour more. I like all the eras of Floyd for different reasons, thanks for watching!
Final Cut brilliant album! Very underrated!
Indeed, Gilmour played almost as much Bass in their studio albums as roger. All bass on Animals is played by David and some tracks on the wall.
your ummagumma album doesn't have the Gigi on the cover🤔
I saw the Screaming Abdabs once in a small hall outside Cambridge don't remember anything about it so obviously wasn't impressed. Loved the early singles. I have a French various artists charity lp with middle of the road people singing boring french songs I mention it because Money is on it for some unknown reason.
Tuten Vanman wow that’s amazing that you saw them that early! Wow!
Joke is I also saw in a Leicester pub downstairs that appalling group John Deakin was in before Queen they were an boring disjointed soul band. We had one drink and moved on
Have you got the 'pinky' bootleg? I think it's the most famous and rare pink floyd bootlegs out there. It was as far as I know the first pink floyd bootleg in 1970 and only 50 were made, It was then played to pink floyd on a BBC documentary made in 1971. Don't think many exist now as it was poor quality and a lot of survivors got doodled all over or covered with peoples own pictured etc... the cover was plain white and plain white labels.
#1 zeppelin #2 floyd .... can't beat that... we'd get along just fine
Do u sell and send stuff
Aaron Sanchez sometimes'! Check the links in the description of this video to check out our social media, we offer things for sale on There sometimes
Oakland 77?
🇧🇷
Oomugoomu!?? 😆🤦🏻♂️
Pink Floyd >>>> Zeppelin ;p Great vid, Dylan
Trevor The Clever hahahahaha I won’t argue with you!
@@noblerecords Peep my VC intro vid. It's got a little treat for you in there.
Who were the 6 buttheads that gave this thumbs down? Thanks for sharing this with us. I have only 6 by them but planning on getting pippers soon. Peace my friend
I always get thumbs down 🤷♂️ doesn’t bother me! 🤣
I know it's your opinion and you're 100% entitled to it, but that shit hurt when you praised ummagumma more than the final cut. Can someone help me out with an unbiased response as to why people don't like the final cut?
I need to correct something Dylan (the non audiophile) said.
SOME Japanese pressings are great, I would say the majority aren't.
The vinyl itself is usually great, but the sound quality isn't always the best, used 2nd rate tapes etc or if mastered in Japan just crappy mastering weak bottom end booster highs awful mids
Crazy prayingmantis I strongly disagree. I would say that some are good and some aren’t but I wouldn’t say the majority aren’t. They are a case by case deal, but the earlier pressings sound amazing. By the 80s I think some were exported just because they had developed a reputation for quality, and SOME of those weren’t great but in the 70s I would say the majority sound great. I don’t think it’s fair or accurate to say that the majority are bad.

Thought you weren't an audiophile 😁
Surprised you don't own a copy of "A Nice Pair" with the boobs on the cover. Not rare, but for some reason not in your collection, also the "Zabriskie Point" soundtrack.
