Great ideas! The only thing I would add is to make sure that you pack your liquids TSA approved bag at the top of your backpack so that it is easy to get out when you have to go through security

Something’s I’ve learned:
1. Organize my things better by using more pouches and bags.
2. Invest in one of those types of backpacks.
3. The Evian spray bottles and Mysmile wipes!

Scissors? You are allowed to take scissors on board the plane? In Australia and NZ they would be confiscated! My mini metal nail file was once taken off me. Thanks for your video 😊
Isn’t it crazy?! Yes, scissors are allowed. 20 years ago they would have been confiscated here too.
Pretty well packed personal item. You reminded me about a carabiner and compression socks. I also like the idea of a wristlet wallet. I have a makeup bag that's about the right size and has a clip that I can fashion a wrist strap to. Would be a nice going out clutch when I don't want to bring my larger fanny pack.

Soomething I always have in my personaol bag if a small child's activity kit. You may help mom out and the child will enjoy something from new friend.

It’s not in my videos, but right before leaving I threw in a raincoat. I had been watching the weather and saw that a few days of rain were expected. I ended up using the raincoat several days of our trip. You are smart to start looking for tips and start planning your trip now!
Yes I watch the weather also. It really does pay to do so. Weather can change.

That’s a good question. I have carried on nail scissors, but to be sure I suggest you check on the TSA website.
Sizzors are not allowed in the carry on in Ireland 🇮🇪
