In some ways, it’s the cinematic epitome of the American Dream.

That answers my question, thanks!
That tone on Blackmore's guitar with reverb is incredible.
But this part of the songs isn't on any of the mp3 downloads I'm looking for, is there a different version like from this movie?
@@beavismcquevis5 Cal Jam 1974. Child In Time is an overdub from the studio version off of In Rock. The footage is from later in the evening at Cal Jam.
I think this movie is so great! I watched it often that I can most likely say the movie word for word. But I think the movie was forgotten by a lot of people. That makes me so sad and I was introduced to this movie when I was 6 an I FELL IN LOVE with it. I want people to see this movie.
Love ya Dusty.. you’re chasing Tornadoes with The Extreme now!
RIP Bill Paxton and Philip Seymour Hoffman 😥
I love that shot @ 1:28 just the convoy traveling in real time and no fancy shot.
90s movies has such a creative freedom. People weren’t afraid to try things
Man, love the 90s, Twister guys going to town to town, listening rock music, guys going extreme mode, and Its way better than watching Into The Storm.
I dont always listen to Deep Purple. But im lying because I always do and so does everyone in traffic.
Watched this movie as kid about 500 times and it made me love weather and music ❤️
ill never get tired of this
First time I ever saw this movie I was like 9 and I immediately fell in love with child in time and it’s sweet guitar riffs 🔥
Rest In Peace bill paxton
I can’t believe both Bill Paxton and Phillip Seymour Hoffman are no longer with us. RIP.
I came here for the Deep Purple song “Child in time “ in this clip.
1:09 I just now noticed Bill's truck in the background and I've seen this movie 30 times
If you had the VHS tape as a kid like I did, that side of the shot was probably trimmed out where you wouldn't be able to see it. Watching it now on DVD and Blu Ray in the original widescreen format, you can really see how wide some of the shots originally were and just how much gets cut out when VHS tapes were "formatted to fit TV screens".
"W'e're going green..."
"Greenage..."
1:06 Dusty is me when I’m getting ready to watch a NASCAR race 😂😂😂
The reason why I always go outside during every thunderstorm is because of this movie. I always wanted to be a tornado chaser because of bill!
