how to put 05-07 headlights in a 99-04 f250.

Another thing I forgot to say is that you have to get a headlight wire adapter for them as well because the bulbs are different and you can find them on ebay...

How donyou adjust those hideous lights while they're still installed?

There is a screw that u turn in or out depending where u want them aiming it's very simple it's kinda on the top of the headlight towards the back

There is a screw on the top of the headlights that you screw in and out that adjusts them up and down...

So I just put a grill insert in the factory grill you can get them on ebay..
