i have the exact same headlights on my 6.0 i just ordered led switch back blinker bulbs and didn't wire in the running light for the blinker bulb so it was only the led bars on when i turned my running lights on.
I put marvel mystery oil in my 06 to clean er out every now and then. Or ATF, both great choices
Try the fuel pump relay/fuse and if they wouldn’t work then every vehicle has at least one. Remote wire behind radio
You should do some 11-16 mirrors color matched and color matched bumpers and grill

if you do go with a 05-07 front end you can get the mesh from those trucks that goes behind the grille and the headlights should mount to it

older diesel tech that used to work at ford i talked to said hotshots has something in it that 6.0s really dont like and could possibly make the head gaskets leave the chat

When you do an oil change use archoil oil additive
Great looking truck but put some train horns on it.
Skip the fuel additives, and add Archoil AR9100 to your oil at your next oil change. Best thing I ever did to my old 6.0.

I have a 06 zf6 6.0, daily drove it using the EDT treatment for about 6 months, yes you can tell a difference compared to not having any additive at all, BUT using 2 stroke/ 2 cycle oil in your fuel works just as well and is ALOT cheaper, it does pretty much the same thing, and will quite down your injector clatter a lot.
Gamble needs a hood stack👀

Those top mounting holes weren’t put there to accept the 05-07 lights, they are there for the bezel on a truck with sealed beam headlights

Looks great! I was up at Tint Pro yesterday they’re waiting on you to get the new ford fixed up! I got piracle on my from windshield blocks 75 uv/heat and got my doors redone too. Probably going to get the back window and two small windows done to finish it out soon. Eli did mine and did a great job! Different subject this particular truck is a 2002 Z71 extended cab. It’s got 90,700k miles on it I’ve had other vehicles to keep the mileage down on it otherwise it would be double. Question is I put a flow master on originally a major muffler, wasn’t real crazy about it, so I had a larger magnaflow put on at the exhaust shot. Wanting something a little louder
You seem to like shorty’s exhaust didn’t you put two magnaflow bullets with 3’ pipe on it? I thought that’s what you ran but wasn’t sure. I remember you put racing style borla’s on chomper figured I’d ask. Also you staying original interior in the new ford or katzkin they seem to have some nice stuff. I have also used price upholstery at the end of Hwy 26 on my dad’s old 2001. You can order the covers from the seat shop and he’s real reasonable to install them. He and his dad have a small shop if you cross over 31 there’s that chevron there located down the small hill on the left. He has actually repaired stuff for me a good while back. I just got new cushions and leathers this time. Seat shop is oem spec and easy to match especially on these older GM’s. I’ve wanted to install led headlights you may have tempted me to try it. I’m good with a lot but wiring get my ADD sideways! Lol Enjoy your videos keep it up you’re almost at the 200k mark! And thanks for any input or ideas. When you get ready to sell the red truck I’m interested! Hopefully you got the oil issue fixed, it’s a nice truck and I know a dang good diesel mechanic just down the road near Shelby elementary. He’s retired from the bus shop can fix them in his sleep! 👍
