Cure: got 5 bucks? Go get an enema and a bottle of magnesium citrate. Drink the magnesium citrate along with cups of water after it wait about 3 hours use the enema. A bowel movement is likely to happen if it does remember keep yourself hydrated and eat granola if possible but most importantly keep yourself hydrated. Also coffee can help but drink it in moderation.

Unfortunately, most people just getting familiar with constipation hell of illicit opioid use, prescribed opioids for pain etc, or opioid withdrawal maintenance (methadone, Suboxone) I think they tend to let it get to the point of impaction because they are unfamiliar with how all this works and how an impaction happens. Impaction sucks and the only thing that broke open the impaction and cleared me up was what you stated right there. Mag citrate and a saline enema
