Liver tastes better than meat! A secret recipe for a delicious liver!
A very tasty liver recipe. Delicate and soft liver in sauce.😋

Ingredients:
1 kg (2.2 lb) of liver.
Salt and pepper.
Starch.
Dip the liver in the starch.
Do the same with each piece.
Oil.
some butter.
Fry the liver until golden.
2 onions.
Oil.
Fry until golden.
Add the onion.
2-3 tablespoons of tomato paste.
1 teaspoon of sweet mustard.
200 g of sour cream.
1/2 cup of hot water.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Cut 5-6 potatoes.
Water.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
1 beetroot.
1 clove of garlic.
Salt.
2 teaspoons of sour cream.
Drain the water.
Add some butter and warm milk.
Grate the potatoes.

Старый советский рецепт - печень соломкой посолить поперчить добавить немного сахара.
На хорошо разогретую сухую сковороду выложить печень .перемешать и закрыть крышкой.Печень даст сок. На это уйдет мин 5 .Сок испариться.добавть лук и немного масла Потушить мин 5 . Можно ещё добавить сметану .а можно и так.Печень долго нельзя готовить.Получается очень мягкая и вкусная И быстро
