Dani, this wisdom of accumulating healthy body weight is lost on the modern society because of a certain body image. Thanks for bringing this up. My mother had no issue with her body image (in the healthy range) but i stressed so much over 1-2kg extra so i was in calorie restriction for . . . guess how long . . . 1 year. The last straw that broke my back was the new work schedule and winter cold... I felt SO SO COLD which didnt make any sense as I was doing OK the previous winter
wow its really good! 😍😍❤❤
Thank you for the video!
you're welcome!
Hi Dani, I’ve gained a bit of weight to the point where I’m at the same weight I was before losing my period. I eat more, have CM and a regular BBT but no cycle yet. Any advice?
I'm struggling with this right now as well. I think after restricting for so long, our bodies now need to weight more than they did before restricting to function properly now.
did you get it back by now
I'm nearing 10 lbs over the weight I was when i lost my period (was 145, dropped down to 135 bc i was sick, so pumped up the HIIT and *attempted* to count/slash calories to sustain the weight I'd lost) and now I'm feeling anxious because I have gained weight and nothing. I jumped into recovery after just days about finding out about HA and now i wonder if I should have waited for the okay from my very useless doctors before allowing myself to put on unnecessary weight.
