    Hi Dani. I was wondering if you could speak on how one would approach recovery whilst having underlying women's health issues that require specific dietary restrictions i.e. Candida, PCOS, under-methylation, food sensitivities, etc. Women with these issues are encouraged to avoid different foods to keep these issues at bay, particularly sugar & carbs.
    Really appreciate all the knowledge you are sharing🙏🏻

    1. Can we do Yoga? (You mentioned you will do a video so definitely waiting for that, thanks)
    2. Does Prenatal supplements help?
    3. Does gaining weight around the belly make us more prone to lifestyle diseases like type 2 diabetes and others?
    4. Could you please comment on weight redistribution post-recovery?
    5. I have thyroid (after listening to many materials, may be HA has caused Thyroid as I was just fine before that) so I need to eat Thyroid meds and wait for 60 mins before breakfast. All in all, I eat after 2 hrs of waking up, will this have a negative impact?
    6. Is 1800 cal on the super non-active day and 2200 with some activity day enough?

      echoing this as well.. especially on points 2 and 3.
      On point 3, I really don't want the negative impact of gaining weight but becoming more prone for type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. So it's like between a rock and a hard place :(

    Hey Dani, I’m struggling with getting my period back (AGAIN!!) post breastfeeding. I got my period back although my cycle never returned fully to normal and I needed progesterone support to stay pregnant and conceived through IUI. I stopped breastfeeding 5 months ago, and still NADA. I’m eating enough, I’ve cut down exercise. Any tips?

      This is tough, because you may saaay you're eating enough... but you're still exercising even though you've cut it down. So like... how do you define eating enough? How do you define cutting it down? These are the big questions! I'd book a call with us, honestly. thehasociety.com/coaching

    Hi Dani, thanks for the helpful tips! I got my first period back after watching you for half a year. Hoping my second one comes on time!
