Thanks for this video. I do strength training early morning and cardio in the evening. Cardio in the morning tires me out but strength training energises me. I never do it together as I need surplus energy to get along with my day and other chores. For me best time for cardio is in the evening as it also helps me sleep better! Anyway I’ve been training from a very long time and I’ve mastered what works for me and when. Listen to your body, what floats ones boat may not float someone else’s! I’m still learning and videos like these always helps. Thank you 🙏 💙

I am a normal gym goer interested in fit lifestyle and i did realize when i used to do my cardio of 10 mins cycling followed by 20 mins cross trainer run before my strength, i couldn't lift much and used to get fatigued easily. When i started to lift first ( i don't lift very heavy though ) and cardio sessions later, i can complete my cardio and feel fine. I then started to skip cardios at times and rather do kick boxing sessions in the evening twice a week. This is working best for me now.
I take oatmeal, whey powder , banana and almonds in the morning and go out for 10-12 mins of cardio then lift for 1-1.5 hours. That's it plain and simple.
how we would know Glycogen tank is depleted? how long it wl take to.deplete.in 1 hour weight training session? how glycogen Depleted when we wake up in the morning?
