Thanks for this video. I do strength training early morning and cardio in the evening.
Cardio in the morning tires me out but strength training energises me.
I never do it together as I need surplus energy to get along with my day and other chores.
For me best time for cardio is in the evening as it also helps me sleep better! Anyway I’ve been training from a very long time and I’ve mastered what works for me and when.
Listen to your body, what floats ones boat may not float someone else’s!

I like your explanation very logical and not influenced at all.I always have a question is cardio necessary for weight loss.Its always said when you begin weightloss start cardio when fat reduces then start weights is that true.
