      Instead of exercise ,I would suggest you to focus on diet.

      That's not an imbalance
      It's natural
      For e.g. if ur a right hander ur left would be slightly weak
      But there are ways to correct it

    Sir, my friend has got a concept which is if you do chest workout on top of the accumulated fat in the chest region (double chest, under armpit) we will end up having same shape which is actually there (double chest). Aisa kuch he ya it's just a misconception. Please reply kijiye

      Exercise should be 3-4 for a muscle for each workout

    Hello sir ,first of all congrats for making such a wonderful informative videos for us.
    Sir I have a question so plz either u give me answer or make a video on this,as I'm doing all kind of exercises since 5yrs now ,I'm a mother of two 31yrs old having pear shape body but couldn't get ideal proportion of my body like my upper body is getting muscular and leaner day by day but my lower body according to that proportion is not getting leaner and muscular but yes it is in shape but it seems like my body fat getting in shape not the muscles as I'm 5.3 in height 55kg but my fat percentage is 25to26%which is average not fittest so I want to loose fat and want to get my ideal body proportion so plz guide on this issue this is a very common issue in Asian women.Thank you

    Sir I have joined the gym 2 months back. I train for around 45 minutes to 1 hour a day. I have also opted for a personal trainer. But sometimes I feel lethargic during workout itself. Should I opt for more rest then or should I continue?

      Ditch the trainer and see a specialist. It's a rule of thumb to not workout when you have an abnormal pain and here we are taking about pain in the spine! Don't neglect. Hope you have a Speedy recovery
