Sir I have a question so plz either u give me answer or make a video on this,as I'm doing all kind of exercises since 5yrs now ,I'm a mother of two 31yrs old having pear shape body but couldn't get ideal proportion of my body like my upper body is getting muscular and leaner day by day but my lower body according to that proportion is not getting leaner and muscular but yes it is in shape but it seems like my body fat getting in shape not the muscles as I'm 5.3 in height 55kg but my fat percentage is 25to26%which is average not fittest so I want to loose fat and want to get my ideal body proportion so plz guide on this issue this is a very common issue in Asian women.Thank you

Ditch the trainer and see a specialist. It's a rule of thumb to not workout when you have an abnormal pain and here we are taking about pain in the spine! Don't neglect. Hope you have a Speedy recovery
