      Oops! I didn’t save this in evening routines so I started off this morning’s practices with it! Apparently the universe thought I needed a soft start to this day. 😂. Now off to find one to get the energy pumped up! 🎉😊🎉

    Tried this as an introductory to qigong.Loved it & the young lady had made it so easy to follow.I am giving this a try to help me switch off the stress of my working environment.Not sure if I neec thus style or tai chi?

    I enjoy your videos very much, but am slightly distracted in your more recent videos when you ask us to breathe through the mouse or raise bos hands....hope you don't mind me pointing this out.

    It looks nice and easy but it’s just that...There’s so much more to this exercise than just making waves with your hands. I would like to see one where the full explanation is provided.
    I had some recordings from a master and really enjoyed them until I stopped practicing and lost them.
    Hope to find more quality videos 😌
