Start your day feeling good with this simple qigong morning routine for energy and vitality. The exercises will work on your whole body to shake off tiredness and give you a boost of energy that we all need in the morning.
These easy qigong exercises help to open the chest for better breathing, release tension by targeting your shoulders and lower back area as well as aid circulation and increase flexibility.

I love this routine, Kseny. It’s perfect to fit in between walking Bertie (the dog) for an hour and breakfast. Absolutely wakes everything up!
This is my favourite way to start the day. I feel like I’ve exercised my entire body without having to get sweaty. This really is a great way to start the day 🙏🏼
This is not proper exercise and you need a regular, moderate fitness routine at least 5x a week. Qigong is for stretching, breathe, and general spiritual centering.
