Loop, half loop, half again, filter/color fx with noise up while pushing tempo higher until almost quiet, drop mix cue of next track. Got it.

Thanks Phil, excellent tutorial. I managed to grab the sample by paying $15 for lifetime access to your library and wondered why the sample is 11 bars (44 beats) long? With most tracks structured to 8,16 or 32 beats it makes mixing the underlying track trickier than it should be - so, any chance of you reducing the sample to 32 beats or producing a new one? It would be great to have a selection of diferent build-up/drop samples to use on the performance pads as it makes transitioning so damn easy!! - Loving the tutorials though...

Oh my god are you really just trying to trick people into buying a fill you "made"? For those of you wondering, the name of the sample is KSHMR_Long_Fill_05, and it's from a samplepack called Sounds of KSHMR Vol. 1. Phil, I don't really think trying to scam people is the right thing to do, especially those who are ony getting started in the music world.
