Have learned a lot using your content bro,made me see my dream of djing to a possible reality!.In this case we are all different so I would have done exactly like you did but letting the looped lyrics play full before the other song drop and taking the song who's about to drop fader all the way down on that part (so the drop hits harder) and switching when the drop hits.
